Bethany Beach Sleeps 14 - 4 BDRM + Private Den w/ Queen Sleeper

What a special surprise! Had lots of friends and family this week and the house was perfect. Lots of room very clean and so close to the beach. Can’t wait to rent again next year!

Very family friendly and very spacious as the age range was 7 mos. to 97 years old.House very clean and full of amenities.The host very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had.Many attractions nearby to enjoy as well.We had a wonderful stay.

We had an excellent experience renting this Bethany Beach house. The Host, Lisa, was easy to reach quickly and very responsive to our questions and needs. We gained access 3 hours ahead of schedule. Checking In and Checking out was easy. The house was roomy and comfortable for our group of 3 couples and four young children. The house was decorated and furnished with good quality furnishings more like a home than a typical rental, with plenty of seating and places to hang out. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, and appliances, all in good shape for large family meals. There was ample parking on the property for several cars.The neighborhood is attractive and the beach is an easy .8 mile walk on sidewalks with cross-walks and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. 6 adults, 5 kids,and 1 AWESOME week! Lisa's home is absolutely amazing! Highlights for us were the screened-in porch, the kids' bunk room, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom. Check-in was a breeze and Lisa was super quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood is great and the free trolley was a fun way to get into town.Bethany Beach will not disappoint! The house is spacious and beautiful, an easy 15-20 minute walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well appointed. Nine of us had plenty of room to gather together or find separate space. The kitchen had every item we might need. I recommend a larger dish strainer! :) The screened in patio was especially lovely for morning coffee or evening drinks. I highly recommend this property!

We had such a lovely long weekend here! The home is very well equipped with everything you could ask for and lots of room for our family to spread out and enjoy a mini vacation. Check in and out was seamless and Lisa was very easy to communicate with.

This property was excellent. We loved it.The host was wonderful and kind she was very prompt with answering all my questions. The house is huge.it was eight of us and we had plenty of bedrooms. We sat and talk it felt like we were at home. The house was decorated perfect. The kitchen and master bedroom was gorgeous. The outside had so many places to sit and chat.

We were all so impressed by how spacious, beautiful, organized and immaculate your house is! It was so nice of you to include the little baskets of forgotten necessities!! We were so lucky to have found the perfect house with an amazing host!! Thank you!!

Wonderful property, even better than pictures show. The home is large, which is great when you want to be with your whole family, but feel like you all get your own space. Even the bunk room beds were comfy. The cleaning service does a great job and the owner does a great job managing the property -- this was definitely the cleanest Bethany rental we have had . Furnishings are well maintained and many are new. All the extra amenities you need to feel at home are provided, from juicers and waffle makers, extra blankets, and toothbrushes if you forgot. Owner was able to offer some flexibility with checking in and out, which was appreciated. The provided beach cart and extra beach items was very helpful.

Our family group stayed here for a week. We went to the nearby pool and played pickleball, very convenient to the house. We also enjoyed being close to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was very spacious, with multiple areas for our guests to relax and read or work.

We had the best family vacation at Lisa’s Bethany house. Communication was top notch and check in was a breeze. The house was exactly as pictured and we immediately felt at home. It was spacious, well maintained and had everything we could possibly need and more! The location was absolutely perfect for our group. We loved being able to choose to walk, drive or take the trolley to Bethany (which the kids got a huge kick out of). Both pools were fantastic and walkable. We can’t wait to stay again next year! So happy to have found “our spot” down at the beach.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy! The location made it possible to walk into town and we used the trolley once. The parking passes were a bonus when it came time to find a parking space at Bethany Beach on a summer weekend. We would definitely consider rentiing here again. It was the best stocked home we have ever rented and the size made it possible for families to have their own space. We loved the screened-in-porch in the evening.

Owner Lisa was wonderful to work with. The house was spacious and very functional. Our family of 11 people fit comfortably in this house. Its very close to all the activities. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will most definitely return as well. A+

We had a fantastic time over Memorial Day with three generations. The house was just as advertised, very clean and well stocked. Proximity to the beach and shops was very convenient as well. Definitely a recommended property and the owner's were very responsive and helpful!
