Bethany Beach cottage with an ocean view

This house is great. Perfect for our group of 8 with 4 kids 9 and under. Plenty of space to spread out. Great screened in porches. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Great location. Couldn’t ask for more!

Check in was easy and our host was very informative. The multiple living spaces, both inside and out, were great for a family reunion. The kitchen was so well equipped, both with spices and pots and pans and dishes. Very spacious bedrooms, too! We would definitely stay there again.

Owner was extremely helpful and responded to questions in a timely manner. House is about a block from the beach - with access off of the boardwalk. Easy walk to downtown area. Lots of room for the 10 of us. Large kitchen/dining area. Good size living room and 2 additional porches - one enclosed and one screened in.

The house is perfect for families with kids. Close to the beach, quiet bedrooms, large living space. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the owner is responsive and accommodating!

Perfect location, amazing host. Provides starbucks k-cups, Charmin toilet paper, tide pods, moroccan shampoo/conditioner, neutrogena products. All the beach chairs and towels you'll need, same type/size umbrella you'd rent on the beach. TWO outside showers. I'm sure there are more quality amenities I'm forgetting.. it's those little things that make a big difference. You won't regret staying here!

Location is great, very short walk to the beach and end of the boardwalk. House was fully stocked with everything for the kitchen and a lot of beach stuff. There was a cute sandbox for the kids which the 2-4 years old we had loved. Beds were comfortable not too firm or soft. Would definitely rent again.

This beach house is FABULOUS. It is well maintained, clean, extremely comfortable and in a perfect location a block from the beach and three blocks from frozen custard. Communication with the owner is prompt and easy. Just finished our third year beach week there and already booked for 2026!

Our family enjoyed our vacation in Bethany Beach. The house was spacious, clean, provided all the amenities we could possibly need, and best of all was situated in a fantastic location half a block from the beach and just a few short blocks to the town center. This was my family’s big summer vacation and it didn’t disappoint. The house is clean, perfectly located, and comes with so many things that it makes packing for vacation so much easier. This was our second season here and I really want it to become a regular destination.

Everything we needed was there for us including chairs and toys and a cart for the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen.

The house is located right off the beach, and is large enough four six adults and four children. It is also walking distance to Garfield Parkway, the main street in Bethany. It is perfect for a family vacation

We’ve stayed at Tracey’s house several times before and every time it’s been great. It’s a wonderful house, close to the beach and walkable to the boardwalk and downtown Bethany Beach.

This property is top notch, a 10 out of 10! The location is great, it’s spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor space includes a back decks, off the kitchen, a screen porch on the front of the house and a lower deck with a large sandbox. Love everything about this property!

So many great things to say about this home. Perfect location . 1 block from the beach and the walk on ramp to the board walk is across the street.. Because the location is at the end of the board walk the beach wasn’t as full. We always had a great beach spot. The home is very spacious and clean.. The 3 seasons porch was the perfect place for the 3 & 5 year old to watch their shows . They had a place to be and it kept them busy while we relaxed in the living room and kitchen.. The screened in front porch was another favorite relaxing place. The bedrooms are very spacious and loved the benches in the rooms to place your items. Beds pillows very comfortable. Loved the Meyers soaps. .Beach towels large and plush. Loved the double outside showers. Large clean and well stocked with products. Kitchen well stocked. Large dinning room table for all to sit at. Loved the big selection of beach chairs and beach wagon. The host was a pleasure to work with. The free trolly has a stop across the street . We enjoyed using it several times The children enjoyed the trolly rides. So did the adults. Will tell our friends about this perfect vacation home.. Thanks to our host..
