Bethany Beach - Beautiful Family house overlooking 90 acre Salt Pond

This was a wonderful family-friendly house. We made prolific use of the indoor pool facility (we stayed during the winter), and our children loved the playroom. We also really appreciate the “living room” space on both the second and top floors - it gave us plenty of space for kids and grownups. The kitchen was well-appointed. We would love to go back in warmer weather when we can use the wonderful outdoor space.

Description and photos were spot on. Host was helpful and accomodating. Beautiful house that has it all. Having the pier, kayaks and beautiful decks was such a pleasure. Seeing the sunrise and sunsets, the moon, the herons fly by (or stop by) perfection. Close to everythign.

The quiet solitude of the property was something my family and I loved. The neighbors and community were nice and I thank you for you working with us to book it. It is also really close to Ocean City which was amazing as well. Thank you again.

Our first family vacation in 13 years. Our kids all grow now with spouses and baby with another on the way…12 of us. This house accommodated all our needs. We spent the majority of our time at the beach. We knew in the reviews to bring linens (or rent them). The kitchen is well stocked. Very convenient having a grocery store nearby. Communication with Stephanie was easy with quick responses to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The dock was wonderful - boating, crabbing and great views. 10 people - plenty of space.

We loved our visit to Bethany Beach and staying in the Salt Pond Community. We were near family in the same community which worked out perfectly. The home is beautiful, spacious and family-friendly. With three floors, multiple decks, and the garden and dock, there was plenty of space for multiple family members to enjoy the experience of staying in a home on the canal. The views from the decks and the dock are stunning. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishware which accommodated family meals. We were able to cook a full pasta dinner for extended family and utilize the kitchen tools to meet our needs. The dining area was perfect for a 90th birthday celebration and looked great with decorations! We enjoyed the use of the kayak on the canal multiple days. This home is 5-10 minutes away from a grocery store and downtown Bethany Beach. The owners were quick to communicate with us before and during our stay and were very flexible and accommodating. We have already recommended this VRBO home to other family members and hope to come back for a future visit.

This was our second year staying at this picturesque property! It is so peaceful. Location is convenient to everything. This large home allows all of us so spread out and have our own space too!

Communication with the owner was excellent, she took the time to answer all our questions. We were most interested in exploring the pond in our kayaks. We brought our own plus used the house’s kayaks, which were in good working order. The dock was well kept and easy to load an unload from. Enough dishes for all of us (7). The updated kitchen was a big plus.

This is the second time we returned to the same place and we all loved it. Amazing surroundings and biking distance to the Bethany beach broadwalk. Host is very responsive and was helpful at each step providing the best support to make out stay very comfortable. Highly recommend to friends/ family due to large space.
