This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home is only 1/2 mile to the beach. It's an easy walk, bike ride or you can take the Bethany open-air Trolley for just a quarter. A two minute walk will bring you to the pool, tennis court, pickle ball and basketball areas. There's a small play area for children with swings for both toddlers and big kids.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025It was a good place. I would not be upset if I stayed there again. Being closer to beach would be better (but price is right). House needs: a grill, sharp knives, linens and towels (small expense that greatly helps guests, who can wash it all for you before they leave), stove upgrade (especially without a grill), new couch in living room. Stayed Jul 9, 2025The place was clean, tidy, and a perfect fit for our family as we gathered to honor our mother’s wishes after her passing. It was also set up to be kid-friendly—our 2-year-old niece had a wonderful time! The place was clean, tidy, and a perfect fit for our family as we gathered to honor our mother’s wishes after her passing. It was also set up to be kid-friendly—our 2-year-old niece had a wonderful time! Unfortunately, all the evening rain brought out the mosquitoes, so we weren’t able to spend much time on the back porch. We utilized the trolley to its full potential and took it to and from the beach. Overall, we loved the place and hope to return next year!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024This was a grear choice for our family. We walked to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the pool and exploring the pond. Quick ride to Rehoboth boardwalk or upper end of Ocean City.
