BEST YARD + HOUSE Hot tub, fire pit, grill, gym, and soaking spa bathtub!

We spent 8 nights in this amazing home located in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and everything you would possibly need for your stay. One of the days we stayed happened to be our 33rd wedding anniversary. Jill got flowers put on the table for me to surprise my wife, but she went way out of her way by getting a hand painted table runner with Happy Anniversary and painted flowers. If we ever make it back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you Chad and Jill!

Though our stay was short, every moment we were here was relaxing, inviting, and refreshing. Each room was spotless clean and a haven unto itself. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. We did make the hot tub a priority when we first got here as we had been traveling for quite sometime and it, too, was clean and helped us relax. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating for our stay as we were here for a family member’s funeral. They worked with us on a later than normal checkout and were very responsive in all correspondence. Thank you for allowing us time in your beautiful home. When we get back to Colorado Springs we hope to stay here again.

This host was more than accommodating! The house had everything needed and was stocked with dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoos, coffee etc. The host was also great to communicate with and helped give tips where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend this host and house!

This was the perfect stay for our time in Colorado. It’s a central location, walking friendly neighborhood, and the home had everything we needed for our family of 5. The host was welcoming and accommodating, even the neighbors were sweet and welcoming - we’ll be back!

The property was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the hosts have a wonderful coffee and tea station with everything one could want- including creamer in the refrigerator! The private backyard garden is lovely. It was also great to sit in the hot tub under the stars. I would highly recommend this property to others staying in Colorado Springs!

This was exceptional. From the location, to the layout of the house, to the beautiful back yard, everything was perfect. Jill was so personable and kind. I love this house, it’s just so nicely decorated and designed. The teens LOVED the fancy basement. I l loved it all! And the neighbors had the best eggs and cookies!

Everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed the big beautiful back yard, grilling and eating outdoors before the summer ends for my cousins birthday! Everything was clean and we also enjoyed some games and the bar in the basement! Thank you so much!

Friends and family stayed in this home (2 adults and 3 teens/tweens) for a few days and we couldn’t have been more impressed with this VRBO!! It has everything you could want and makes you feel at home while vacationing! Bonus - the basement is a fun little area for kids stocked with movies and a Wii. This home is clean, comfortable beds and linens, lovely amenities, beautiful outdoor space - this is the house you will want to stay in. Hosts were lovely and very helpful! The house and hosts were amazing. The house was spotless and was perfectly equipped. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and I am incredibly picky. The check in process was flawless, and checkout instructions were clear and very minimal. We will definitely return to this great home if we are back in the area.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Native Colorado home while attending the 2025 USA Boxing International Open, and we had a great time! The house was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for making lasting memories. We had a couple of small issues, like a broken doorknob and a cabinet accident that caused a minor hand injury, but the owners, Jill and Chad, responded quickly and were super helpful. Despite that, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Our family of four loved our 4 nights at this spacious home. The boys spent hours playing in the fenced in, well equipped backyard and the downstairs hang out room. I enjoyed cooking in the small but clean and well equipped kitchen. There was a large table we could all eat at and play with the provided board games. I also had time to relax in the huge tub and the backyard hot tub. The hosts were very quick to respond. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family of 5 stayed at Colorado Native during our trip to the Springs and couldn’t have been happier. Chad and Jill have created the perfect home away from home that was family friendly (we weren’t nervous about the kids breaking everything) with very nice touches (high end bedding, shampoo/conditioner and a nice selection of teas). The location was also perfect in a quiet neighborhood that was a short drive from downtown and other places we were visiting. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend for singles or families to stay here!

Easy check in and great one on one communication with owners. They gave us a pizza rec after a long drive in and it was perfect- Leon’s was fantastic. The downstairs basement was a perfect den for teenage boys. Will stay here again!

My family of 5 including 2 adult children and our 12 year old enjoyed our stay very much at this home while in Colorado Springs for a gymnastic meet. This home was very clean, the hot tub was enjoyed and a bonus to the home! It snowed while visiting and the walk/driveway was promptly shoveled which we very much appreciated! We had room to spread out or gather as a family! The basement bathroom was beautiful and the tub was a highlight! The hot tub had easy access from the King room and was enjoyed by my family …even in the snow! The check-in and out process was very easy I would highly recommend this home and would stay again! Wonderful house. So clean and well stocked with everything you need. Hosts were so quick with communication and were so helpful - even came and scraped driveway and sidewalk after snow. Hate that it was too cold to enjoy back yard but would be great when warmer.

We stayed here for a week, and it felt like we were staying at our favorite aunt’s house. The house was so well-furnished, and the basement was perfect for playing games when it was too cold outside. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, and the outdoor grill and fire pit were great for outdoor cooking. The backyard was a nice place to relax, and the neighborhood was really quiet. There were also plenty of local coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries nearby. The location was also great because it was close to all the attractions and other towns we visited. Overall, this place was amazing and truly an oasis during our busy Thanksgiving break.
