Location, location, location! This was a perfect place to get on and off the mountain easily. Additionally the views were spectacular and the space was perfect for our family. Also, the heated floors were a nice extra touch with it being such a cold weekend. Thanks again!

Great location and home! Our family of five fit perfectly and were able to relax after all of our outdoor activities. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog, so it felt like we were at our home away from home. Would definitely book here again.

This home is so cozy, has unbelievable views and is in the best location! It was about four minutes to the ski lifts and about eight minutes to town! It was the perfect setup for our family of four! We loved the special touch of all the Christmas decorations and the owners are unbelievably kind. Highly recommend this house!

Great property 15 minute walk to the slopes. Decorated for Christmas, a nice touch!Only complaint is bunk beds are a little short for full size male adults.

Property offered spectacular views of Winter Park ski slopes and easy access to ski resort shops, restaurants and town of Fraser. Main level is small and can be tight with multiple people moving about among oversized furnishings. Patio is good size with nice BBQ and very active Hummingbird feeder. Kitchen area well stocked with utensils, etc but drawers were full of 'junk' and unnecessary miscellaneous clutter. Cabinet surfaces and stove top and were covered with dust and grease. Laundry facilities downstairs with only 4 Tidepods available and no bleach or dryer sheets. Nice sized master bedroom and bath area with walk-in closet but ceiling literally coated with dust. Overall worth the price paid and owners very nice but might want to consider a different management/maintenance company? versizedfurnishings

We had a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo was spotlessly clean and beautiful and perfect for our needs. The hosts were amazing. They were excellent at communicating with us and helping us with anything we needed. The location is so convenient to the village and the town of Winter Park and Frasier. We loved hanging out on the balcony with the hummingbirds. We also saw a deer and fox while we were out there. It's a little bit noisy from US 40 but because of all of the other great things about the house and location, it didn't bother us. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!
