Best Sept Beach Weather! Home + Apt, Pool, Pickleball, Steps to Perfect Water!

We loved this house! I just feel it could’ve been cleaner.

Had 14 people and everyone had a bed. Great size for a large family. My only issue was you need to remember to purchase: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Laundry detergent, washing detergent, & dishwasher detergent- luckily we didn’t use that much. With that being said we had a great time having everyone together. Distance to beach was not bad. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great time.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful and spacious home. Easy walk to beach and the pool was just a few steps away. Check- in and communication was easy. Plenty of seating in living area, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds was appreciated.

Our family vacation consisted of 13 individuals. Plenty of room for everyone. Host is very helpful! Would definitely recommend

Cecilia was great. There were a few unforeseen issues, but Cecilia responded to all as best as possible. Anyone who rents in the future, make sure you review the property fully so Cecilia and staff are able to address any issue in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this house as a vacation destination.

This was a great location and very comfortable house. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and it was a great size for us all. In addition Cecilia was great to work with. Very good communication and has thought of many extras to make the stay more comfortable. The house is right across the street from the pool and a couple of blocks from the beach. It’s an easy walk. I would highly recommend this.

My family of 8 absolutely loved our staff! Location to the beach is ideal! The pool was fabulous! Volleyball and cornhole kept the kids busy!The rooms are massive and we enjoyed the jet tub! Thanks for having us!

This home is even more beautiful than the photos! The cleanest & most organized house I've stayed in yet. We definitely didnt get bored with the cornhole, basketball, volleyball, the pool & all the rest. The host was very responsive & helpful to any issues we did have. The beach was only a very short walk away & absolutely stunning! We are so happy we chose this place to stay at.

Lovely home. Close access to the beach and pool. Nice neighborhood. Easy check-in, clean facility. Kitchen had all we needed for the week. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels, as well as chairs and some other beach items. Plenty of comfy seating for our large family to enjoy movies together. And plenty of table space for us to enjoy our meals together. Recommend!

The house is as pictured and described. Very clean. Always inviting & feels like a home. Roomy spaces, kitchen well stocked. Has laundry facilities. Stayed in this house 3 times & always enjoyed it. Hopefully will stay again.

It was perfect. Everybody had a wonderful time. The pool was right out our front door just a short walk to the beach. If you need a nice place to stay, this is where you need to stay.

Beautiful house complete with an amazing kitchen. Very roomy and large bedroom/bathrooms. Very nice and comfortable living area with a great balcony. Would definitely stay here again. The owner is very nice and quick to respond! Has all the amenities!!

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Destin 2 Be. Apartment downstairs was perfect for my parents. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Close to the beach. New coffee spot on the corner. Fantastic house for multi generational family.

This house gave our extended family plenty of room for sleeping, gathering, and having privacy. The lower level apartment was great for our daughter and boyfriend and their pooch. We stayed on the middle level and it was convenient to have our bedroom, kitchen, living room all on one level. The upper level was perfect for my other daughter and her family…..the kiddos loved the bunk beds! The location to the beach was perfect. We were far enough from the road not to hear the traffic but an easy walk. The pool initially didn’t seem to be heated but a couple days later it was, not sure if there is a timeline that the heater is turned on. The grandkids loved the pool and the closeness of the pool to the house was great. They went in every night after spending the day on the beach. The beach is beautiful, soft sand. We brought our own beach wagon but the owner had 2 available and beach chairs too, so we never had to bring the ones we brought to the beach. A few restaurants are close enough to walk to, or a very short drive. The biggest disappointment, and it wasn’t the owners’ fault, was that dogs are not allowed on the beach. We might have looked for another location that did allow dogs. The owner always responded quickly with any questions/concerns we had.

This home is nice and big. It accommodated our group really well - 4 couples. It's easy to get to the beach. Nice area with good restaurant options. Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Beds were comfortable.
