Best Rooftop View Downtown Gulch Home

Clean rooms. Host was very accommodating! Within walking distance to the Gulch neighborhood. Garage parking was a great bonus! Secure, safe neighborhood.

The house is a hreat location, close to everything. The rooftop patio is the best part!

Awesome home! Perfect for our large group and a quick 5 minute ride away from Broadway

Neal was great, he allowed my group to check in early since most of our flights landed in the AM. The house was perfect, exactly enough beds and just what we needed. The rooftop was beautiful, we loved sitting up there.

Great house and great host! We had 10 people here to celebrate two birthdays. The layout of the house allowed us to both enjoy together time and have a little space to spread out for sleeping and getting ready. Lively neighborhood and great location. We walked each morning to Gulch area for coffee which was super nice and close! Would stay here again!

House was just like the photos and description, host was quick to fix any small issues that came up. Location was great.

While there were good elements to the condo such as very comfortable beds, HOWEVER…no part of the term “chefs kitchen “ is accurate in any way. Very short on pots, pans, utensils and serving pieces. We were there for thanksgiving and im very glad i had prepared most of the food in advance. Even making a basic salad was not easy. Extremely underwhemed with what was described as a Chefs Kitchen, it lacked what i feel are some pretty basic elements to create a meal. This should be considered if your stay involves even basic cooking.

The house was great and exactly what we expected. The location was close to everything we had planned to do. The roof top is definitely the best part! The views were amazing and the fire pit was nice! Would for sure stay here again and recommend.

Resturants nearby. About a 20 min walk to Broadway. Great roof top patio.

The condo was perfect for our birthday celebration. The location was close to everything we had planned, there was plenty of room for our group, the condo was equipped with everything we needed, and communication with the host was always quick. I would stay there again next time I visit Nash.

Building is about 1.5 miles from Broadway. Nice furnishings. Great to have a bed for everyone.

Bachelor weekend, house was super!

This is the best place we have stayed in Nashville been there 3 times. The host is excellent very attentive returned calls immediately shared recommendations also! The view from the rooftop and the pictures we took are stunning. Highly recommend staying here!
