Host was very responsive and helpful. House was great - loved the decor! Close to a park for the children. Location worked out great -was close to the wedding we attended.

We had a great stay in Dallas. The host was very responsive. The house was clean and well decorated. The house is convenient to downtown and the Park Cities. It was actually kind of cool watching the plans fly over into Love Field. They did not keep us up at night. I highly recommend this rental.

The house was adorable with its rat pack theme. Super clean and had everything we needed. We were close to Dallas Love airport and downtown arts district. Highly recomended!

This was our 2nd stay at this home and we are booked for a 3rd stay and currently trying to book a 4th stay! We have stayed in dozens of VRBO over the years all over the world and this home is one of our favorites. The home is very clean and has everything you need for your stay and we cook several meals while staying here. The house is laid out perfectly to give each guest their privacy in their bedrooms. The decor is fantastic and it is so comfy. The ONLY downfalls are that it does back up to a busy street and if there is a north wind or cold front coming in, the planes approach Dallas Love Airport right over the house and can be loud; however, inside the house the noise is not too bad and it did not effect our sleep at all. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful and fully stocked. The location is central in Dallas making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go - we went back and forth to SMU during our stay. AND - this home has the nicest, most responsive host we have ever encountered in a rental!!!

As fellow short-term rental owners, we truly appreciate the attention to detail that went into making this stay exceptional. The 60’s Rat Pack vibe was absolutely fantastic—stylish, inviting, and full of character. One of our favorite parts was the amazing vinyl collection, which set the perfect soundtrack for our stay. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in a great location, making it both convenient and relaxing. The host Michael was thoughtful and responsive, clearly taking pride in creating a memorable guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Stayed @ Michael’s house for the week while we attended the WESA Western Market. Only 2 miles each way and plenty of food options within that 2 mile radius. Home was perfect and we will definitely want to stay again!

Perfect size & location for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much! The split floor plan with bedrooms on either side of the house created privacy. The home was extremely clean, updated, and we loved the decor. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was plenty of needed supplies, kitchen utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the fire pit and yard, as well. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back to stay when we are in Dallas.

If you are looking for a nice location in a nice neighborhood that is close to pretty much everything look no further. Property was exactly as described and the owner was top notch. I highly recommended this listing.

Very nice amenities. Home and property very clean and comfortable. Location very close to lots of events and restaurants. Only wish is that there was a Keurig coffee maker...there were other coffee makers available to us.

Really nice home made for a great place to stay during our weekend in the DFW area. Clean and comfortable with cool decor. You can tell a lot of care and effort goes into making this property extraordinary.

minor problems: listed as dog friendly, but the front gate doesn't latch shut when it is hot hotside (the metal expands). It is fine with small dogs you don't get the check in information until 24 hours in advance. On a multistop trip, this was worrying for the elderly participants who didn't have entry information on their iteneraries before we left home. Overall, we loved the house and yard. Micheal was a perfect host - very responsive and accommadating. The location is fantastic - close to highways, walking distance to a Starbucks and to nice bakeries. Near the DFW airport but the house was reasonably soundproof, so the planes did not keep us awake at night.

Had a wonderful time in this house at a great location in Dallas. House was lovely and fully stocked. Wonderful backyard with fire pit and outdoor chairs. 3 full size bedrooms and great decor. Highly recommend
