Had a great time. In town, yet tucked away.

The house was charming and homey. It was in walking distance to everything that we did downtown. The kids loved the bunk beds, rocking moose and walking through the backyard, which in my daughter’s words was enchanting with all of the spring flowers coming up. The house had everything we needed and more in it. It was very clean, had beautiful artwork and lots of fun historical features and decor. We would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved that this felt like my home away from home. It is an ideal location within walking distance for shopping/dining and watching the Lions game at a local bar. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials needed for our few days there. We had a question for our host and I was happy he answered my call on the first ring. We would define stay here again!

Convenient, family friendly house

Saugatuck is one of our favorite places and this property is perfect! Well appointed kitchen, lovely fire pit area, and a short walk to town- we’ll be back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail. The kitchen was very well stocked and we could have easily prepared a Thanksgiving feast and the beds were so comfortable. This home is filled with interesting art work and we felt the warmth and love that this home must provide for the owner. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a delightful accommodation.

It was a perfect stay for me and my family as we were in town to celebrate my son’s wedding. Clean, conveniently located and well- appointed. The yard is beautiful and provides a perfect gathering spot day or night.

We had a wonderful time! The house is centrally located so that you could walk to shopping, restaurants, restaurants on the water, the cruise that we took. Kitchen was well equipped for utensils needed for the one dinner we cooked. House was immaculate.Host was very receptive.

Such a lovely stay in this charming house filled with wonderful artwork in delightful Saugatuck! The shortcut path to town was a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again! Only recommendations for improvement would be upgrading to 2-ply toilet paper, adding a mechanism so the screen door off the kitchen doesn’t slam, and reducing the temperature on the water heater so that the hot water doesn’t feel nearly scalding. Also, the water dispenser on the refrigerator is terribly slow. Thank you for sharing your dear home with us!

Great property, very clean! The location was absolutely perfect! The only time we drove the car was to head to the beach and to sagutuck brewing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Pond-Winslow house in Saugatuck couldn't have been more perfect. The house is gorgeous, very well maintained, and full of all the creature-comforts anyone could want. The proximity to shops, coffee, beaches, and sites along the water made it even more enjoyable. We even found and toured the Felt Estate. If you get a chance to visit, it's not to be missed. We're already looking forward to our next stay.

This lovey home has a great location near shops and restaurants - and pickleball! We were delighted to see a set of pickleball paddles at the front entry for guest use. The home was also generously stocked with coffee pods, seasonings, oil, and laundry detergent. The fire pit had plenty of wood for us. We also enjoyed the short drive to Oval Beach. Every thing was wonderful!

We had the best time! The house is very well kept, has everything stocked that you would need, and is walking distance from everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property! You’re in the heart of downtown Saugatuck and walking distance to everything! We loved uncommon grounds for coffee! The house was plenty of room for myself, my husband, my sister and her partner! Everything was neat, easy to navigate and charming! Will be coming back!!

Great stay in Saugie. Close to the park. Great location overall. The house was beautifully aged like a fine wine. We lived everything about the house including the fire pit.

Had a great time! The area is walkable and the local coffee shops are delicious. Really loved the covered patio and the green space. Hope to stay again!

Always a great time at the the Winslow house! Enough room to prepare a wonderful meal for the 5 of us and we also had good weather...enough to take advantage of the firepit in the yard. The warm spring breeze in three season room was perfect for playing games and we were just steps from shopping and restaurants. Ken is the best host. Easy to reach and responds quickly. We stayed at this adorable rental for a bachelorette weekend in Saugatuck, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the little touches throughout the home made it feel so welcoming.Saugatuck itself is the cutest town—full of charming shops, great restaurants, and a laid-back, friendly vibe. We loved strolling through downtown, checking out the boutiques, and enjoying the waterfront views. It was the perfect setting for a fun and relaxing girls’ getaway!Our host was was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Always have a great time here! We never have to drive anywhere. We walk to where we need to go. There's never a lack of places to eat and drink. Ken, the host is the best!

We so enjoyed our stay at this historic home. It was within walking distance of downtown. Our host even had someone shovel the sidewalks, driveway and brush the snow off our cars before we checked out- classy touch. The kitchen was well equipped . Felt like home; very comfortable. We’ll be back.

Planned a trip for my family post-Christmas to just get away, and had a GREAT time. This location is perfect -- it's close enough to walk to ALL the shops and restaurants downtown ( 5 min walk), but far enough that there's not the noise or the street traffic. The house itself was charming and we LOVED the Bose sound system. We appreciated the little touches, like the board games in the closet, well stocked coffee supplies, etc. Will definitely be back!

We loved our first visit to Saugatuck! The house was perfectly located - a v short walk to all the shops, restaurants and waterfront, yet totally peaceful and quiet. The house is old and full of character and charm. Lots of space and nicely proportioned rooms. It was especially great to have a full size dining room for Christmas lunch, as well as a large (and very well equipped!) eat-in kitchen. Logs on the fire kept the family cosy and warm and while the conservatory was a bit chilly in comparisonl, it was a great place for morning workouts! Overall, one of the nicest VRBO places we've stayed at, and a wonderful base from which to explore Saugatuck! Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend in December and absolutely loved it! The house is gorgeous, very clean, and a great place to hangout. The bedrooms and living room is cozy, and the kitchen was a great space for making meals. It’s conveniently located downtown, so you can walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking also was a breeze!

Perfect location!! The house had everything we needed during our stay

The stay was really nice. Loved the cute cottage that was semi-attChed to the main house. The home was much older than I had anticipated but quiant. The floors squeaked quite a bit so woke up others when getting up to use the bathroom or getting up earlier than others.

The house was beautiful and roomy for all of us ( 4 adults). We loved the grounds and how close it was to town. We loved a lot of the old features in this home. It was very clean when we arrived.

The house had a lot of charm, loved the squeaky floors and we had a blast of the Moose Rocker, especially trying to get my 87 year old Mom off of because her daughters were laughing too hard. The yard person Chris was very nice and informative on house and grounds. The Host Ken was very accommodating
