My dogs and I stayed here for almost 2 months while waiting for our home became available to move in. The home is very cozy and clean. The heated garage was definitely a bonus to keep my car warm when the temperature dropped, and the yard was just perfect for my dogs. Rhonda is a very attentive and mindful host. I would highly recommend Rhonda’s place.
Very nice location and home was just as the pictures indicated. Well stocked kitchen made it very easy to cook meals. Internet worked well. Host was very attentive and quick to respond.
The house was perfect for us! We did not want to stay right in Fairbanks but wanted to still be close. This place worked great! Perfect size for 2 people but room for more for sure! Nice yard for my dog and a great walking path goes right by the house! Would absolutely rent again if I ever go back! Great owner! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! Totally enjoyed our visit!
Cute place, great location, easy to get to town and shopping centers. Definitely recommend!
The house was great for our family of four (2 adults 2 kids). Had everything we needed as a home base for our week in Fairbanks. Easy communications with owner, clean property, well organized. Would definitely book again if we head that direction!
Rental was great, kitchen was extremely well stocked.
My sister came to see alaska for the first time and this house was at a perfect location for us to get to everywhere and not have to drive to long. Our stay was so nice and comfortable, nice home away from home. Will be renting again in the future!
We weren't there much but it was clean and cozy. I would stay there again. Thank you.
We saw the aurora!
Nice clean place to stay while exploring Fairbanks and surrounding area. Rhonda is a great host, willing to provide input on activities and dining in the area. Location is convenient to city amenities. Location received 3 stars because adjacent property appears to be a vehicle storage lot. Also this VRBO property is a duplex. At times we could hear the children running and playing in the adjacent unit. Otherwise it would have received 5 stars.
Thank you for the stay. The technicians said it was great. Property was clean and well stocked . Communication was very good and directions pre arrival was efficient and clear.
I would stay here again!
We enjoyed the kitchen, the streaming channels in the living room, the DVDs in the bedroom, the washer and dryer. Our only issue was not being able to open the windows due to smoke from wildfires. Even though there were ceiling fans, we also wished there was an oscillating fan or two. 86° while we were there. The house got a little stuffy.
Easy check-in. Good communication with the owner. 3 bedrooms perfect for a family with teenagers & grandmother. Grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this roomy duplex. Good 2 1/2 hour access to Denali National Park. Thank you, Rhonda, for all your tips.
