BEST Location! Very close to beach, dining, shops & pubs. Pet-friendly

Location, location, location!!! This property is truly one minute walk to the beach so you don’t have to pay additional for beach parking. Also far enough from the main road so no street noise. Very clean. Very quiet. Many beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a wagon can be found in the cabana so you don’t need to purchase or pack them. We were two separate families traveling with children aged 4-7 and felt we had comfortable, separate spaces. Erika sent us a list a week in advance of our trip with suggestions for which supplies to pack, restaurant, ice cream shops and other places in the area—very helpful. The coffee shop is a 3 minute walk to the beach and is adjacent to a surf shop rental place for kayaks, paddleboards, surf boards, etc. Everything is very convenient and most things you need are within close walking distance. I was able to carry the paddleboard to the beach so I didn’t have to worry about loading anything onto a vehicle, this is how close the beach is. The hostess went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. She was very responsive although we didn’t feel we had to reach out much because everything was well labeled and provided. Because we were so close to the beach each family had the freedom to go as often as they wanted which was super convenient. We went for sunrise/sunset walks, mid day surfing, and afternoon swims, but the starry night walks on the beach were the best. I highly recommend this place.

A 10 of 10!! BEST CHOICE! 1. HOST: Communication w host beyond excellent & detailed. This includes signs & notebook in home of everything she emails prior to check-in. It truly made difference and believe her example should be a VRBO standard!2. CLEAN: Exceptional! Not one issue no corner unturned. I am an RN very careful with cleanliness & this home surpassed expectations.3. LOCATION: Formerly from area, so very familiar w Indian Rocks Bch. From driveway you can see beach sky & access walk so close!. 2 doors down & across 2 lane road- and you're in beach access lot! Quick, safe access, beautiful beach, and road has pedestrian lighted crosswalk. IRB has redone beach after hurricanes and is beautiful!! Pure white sand, clean, wonderful to area to walk. This home located in middle of IRB. Guppy's always best lunches and dinners for decades- still is today!! Also, best breakfast- Grove Surf Cafe and Cafe de Paris.4. INSIDE: Exceptionally well appointed, lots of host thought behind one's needs, and love decor!! Retro style home w fresh beach modern style. Very quiet at night. Bathrooms original footprint smaller master but no issues. 5. BACKYARD: Relaxing, well thought out clean furniture. The shed has beach furniture and bikes. Some of beach chair items are rusted needing rustoleum, but appear usable. We brought our own.Driveway smaller, not for multiple cars. We were able to get Jeep Gladiator, and a stop by visitor's Honda van tightly in.

I have stayed at VRBO’s before and this was the very first place that actually was as beautiful and clean as the pictures showed!!! It stood up to the rating that has been posted and better. It has been decorated so simply, beautiful, comfortable and befitted the beach area. We had enough bedrooms/beds/supplies for 3 adults and 3 children. Erika spelled out the instructions so clearly and very tastefully helped you remember them, if you forgot, by placing little cards around. She left instructions in a book in both English and Spanish. Erika also is so perfectly detailed in anticipating every need you could have. There were so many supplies from the bathroom to the beach to the living spaces. We are truly hoping to come back as soon as we can. Erika was also very quick to respond to any questions! She, and her home, are a solid 5 star rating!!!!! It made for a lovely, relaxing weekend!!!!

It was PERFECT … no exaggeration. I have rented & stayed in many Beach locations. The set-up/floor plan of the house was great for a multiple family vacay. I had my grown children with the grands, and we could not have been happier!The house had EVERYTHING…. High chair, pack n plays, bicycles, wagon, beach toys, ice chest…and plenty of beach towels! I had to fly into TPA & always travel light, so this was perfect! The kitchen was more than ample…The outside area for just relaxing was the best. There is a propane gas grill (although we didn’t use it this time…) walking distance to grocery store and restaurants … and Ice Cream shop for the grands. It is not crazy busy like Clearwater, Destin, or Panama City areas!! That for us was bonus. Wanted a laid back, beautiful, fun beach trip!We will rent this house repeatedly!!Love Love Love it!

This house had everything we needed for our stay, which included 2 school age children and a baby. The bunk room was great (of note there is a door that leads to the back yard in that room) and the pack and play fit in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and you can't beat the location! So close to the beach and playground. The host was easy to communicate with and we would stay again!

This was such a lovely, easy stay. The cottage had everything we were looking for in a family getaway spot. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The beach gear and bikes, the grill and equipment, all got some use. Erika was super communicative and responsive. All the labeled lights and little signs made the cottage really easy to be in. And the there’s the beach access! So wonderful to be just across the street! Amazing sunsets just a few steps from your door! And a light-controlled crosswalk right at the corner so you don’t have to risk life and limb to get there. Absolutely the perfect spot for us.

Erika was very responsive and helpful! She saved my family vacation at the last moment! Even responded and helped on Thanksgiving. The house was perfect and plenty of space. Everything was new and clean. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there and did not need anything. Full kitchen! Definitely going again! Can't forget to mention the perfect location. Easy access to beach and local spots. :)

The home is beautifully appointed, better than well equipped. Erika has thought of everything! The split floor plan worked incredibly for our group. Two single moms with 4 kids, they had one side and the adults on the other. Beds were very comfortable, slept like baby's, all of us. The cabana ourside was more like a secluded office space, perfect for work. I cant say enough, dont delay, if its available....book!!We walked to TJs Italian restaurant, unbelievable food, ice cream shops in the evening were such a sweet treat for all of us. Beach is basically right across the street!! We will be back...

We loved the proximity to the beach. The house easily fit our entire group, and we enjoyed being within walking distance to get coffee, drinks, or dinner.

We rented this beach for a family of 9 getaway. House was very clean and put together. cabana with beach chairs, beach stroller, 2 bikes, beach umbrellas. Everything that made our stay very easy. One block away from beach. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Host provided very detailed information that was helpful for our stay. many restaurants, grocer and coffee shop within walking distance. this beach house highly recommended and we would love to return if we vacation in the area.

We had a great stay at Indian Rocks Beach. This house was conveniently located to the beach with all the beach items we needed to spend two enjoyable days on the beach. The back yard is great for winding down and having a drink after our day at the beach. And speaking of a drink, check out Coco's Crush Bar & Gill. Great drinks and food. Highly recommend this location.

My family had a wonderful time at this beach house. We are a family of 10, including children and young grandchildren and this home worked perfectly for us. There was plenty of room, each bedroom was nice with very comfortable beds, bathrooms and kitchen also great and the 2 living rooms worked out so well. The yard was lovely with plenty of seating and having the grill was so convenient as we cooked in most nights. I can’t say enough about how thoughtful and organized Erika, the host is. Her home is very clean and she had every beach supply one would need, especially for children.. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. Best of all… the beach is literally across the street!!!

House was great. Located in a residential neighborhood near a couple of playgrounds. And a 5 minute walk to beach. It was well equipped and bedrooms were laid out really well. Comfortable living room and dining area. We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect, as promised. The beds were super comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely return and recommend!
