We loved our stay! The description of the home was accurate. The home was spacious and very clean. Perfect for our group of 8. Communication before, during and after was excellent. 3 minutes from Deer Valley and very close to town. We will absolutely return when we need a large home.

We absolutely loved our stay! Description exactly as written. Spacious living areas and bedrooms/baths. Very clean.Excellent communication before, during and after our stay. We were moving from one place to another and we were able to drop bags in the garage in the morning which was very helpful.There was an issue with the dishwasher not being usable so we were offered to have dishes and kitchen cleaned every day! The ladies who came were lovely. Nicer than a credit.We will absolutely stay here again if we are in need of a large home.

Great house! The ski slopes were easy to access via the free bus across the street and the photos and description were spot on! Property is managed by a management company that had a different person communicating every time which was frustrating and didn’t necessarily have readily accessible on the ground knowledge. The dishwasher was broken during our stay but they sent in a cleaning crew daily to help with dishes and clean the kitchen which was appreciated! Couldn’t use the fireplace because the remote didn’t work but it was ok because we had young kids that we didn’t want messing with it anyway. I made this note with the property manager. Overall great space and plenty of room for our group. Would stay here again if in PC.

This house is perfectly located near old town Park City and Deer Valley resort. Spacious and comfortable with every amenity, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and have chosen it for both our trips to Utah. KBM is an excellent management company, regularly in touch, very responsive and ensuring that all runs smoothly. 10/10

Nice property, no real issues, great host and very accommodating. I suggest getting a bridge for the pool table accessory.

We loved this house! The main living space is gorgeous and wonderful for a group game night- those high ceilings were amazing. The bedrooms were completely quiet while others of us were up in the living room, and the built-in speakers (that connected to Airplay, so easy) were perfect for playing music so no need to bring a portable speaker. I recommend getting a car, the garage was spacious and having a car allowed for easy outings for those who didn't ski. The hot tub is around the front so I'd suggest bringing a robe to stay warm when walking in/out (and note the hot tub did comfortably fit our 7 adults). Location was perfect. And the KBM team was so responsive and helpful- thanks for the Align Spa recommendation! We will be back.

It was great for a group - very big and loved the pool table. Had some bathroom malfunctions but they addressed them. Great location for Sundance!

Great place, great location. Shuttle to ski hill couldn’t be more convenient, house had plenty of room for our two families and kids. Will be booking again for next season!

We couldn't have been happier with this property. Very convenient to Deer Valley and Park City, and was perfect to come back to after a day of skiing. Amazing amenities such as a pool table hot tub and shuffle board which kept the kids happy, heated driveway, huge kitchen and comfortable common areas to spend time in. Would definitely stay here again.
