The property was clean and stocked with shampoo/conditioner, soap, toilet paper, a few laundry pods, paper towel, dish soap, etc. Loved the short walk to the beach and all the beach toys/supplies.Thanks for a great family vacay!

Place was fantastic! Perfect location for anything you need. Grocery store right outside your front door, lots of restaurants, bars and beach all 30 seconds away. No need to bring anything they have it all here. Fully stocked kitchen, linens etc… Randy was very easy to get a hold of. Check in process smooth. We’ll be back for sure.

This is an amazing property!! The condo is so spacious. Its location is ideal!! One block to grocery store. One block to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. If looking for a getaway weekend this is the place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We could not have been more pleased with Randy's property. It was perfect for us- close to beach, stores, sightseeing, and restaurants. Everything we needed and more was supplied. Randy always answered our questions promptly. We would be happy to stay here again.

Upon entering the home, we were greeted with a sour smell from the kitchen sink and open the windows immediately for some fresh air. We heard with a chants of “Chug! Chug! Chug!” So, know that you are in the heart of PB party Central- location, location, location.The downstairs bathroom soap container is a Crown Royal bottle-the upstairs toilet had a toilet brush inside of the toilet! There were thick layers of dust on the ceiling fans OVER THE BEDS!Let’s just say it wasn’t a girls getaway dream trip And we will not be returning to this rental again

Great property close to the shops and beach front at Pacific Beach. Worked well for a family of 5 with one adult and two teens (aged 17). Garage for one vehicle - we fitted a seven seater but it was tight on the sides.We stayed for two nights and used it as a base to see San Diego. Good midpoint between La Jolla, Sea World and downtown San Diego.Randy responded promptly to queries although we did not need much as everything was provided.

We rented two condos from Randy in the same complex for a family gathering of 13 people. Both were very clean and well stocked with loads of kitchen supplies, towels and a full laundry. All of the appliances were modern and everything in working order. Beds were comfortable and nice big couch to seat large groups. The garage had loads of beach gear and 5 bikes which was great. We went for rides around the bay and up to La Jolla each day The garage is narrow but we parked our Chrysler Pacifica ok, it's just a bit snug.

Once a year, my sister and I get together on a vacation where we can do some shopping, relaxing, and have some beach time! This condo was in a perfect location for all of those requirements! We were close enough to the beach that if we forgot something we could quickly run back and get it from the condo. There was lots of choices for lunch and dinner. And it was a plus being right next-door to the grocery store.

My family and I stayed in this condo for 4 days. The place was very clean. It was very comfortable accommodating for all five of us. The location was a block away from the beach and very close to a lot of shops and places to eat and drink. One of the main reasons I booked this was for the location and all the extra amenities like the beach stuff. Overall we had a great experience renting this unit.

Well equipped, nice, clean, convenient condo. Matches the description. HVAC was a plus.

Great location in heart of Pacific Beach! We were able to leave our cars parked the entire stay and walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Wonderful hosts who communicated well and responded quickly. Home had so many extras that made our family stay a blast. Would rent again!

The townhouse was perfect for a classic beach vacation. The location and extras (bikes, boogie boards, beach toys) made a great vacation.

Nice condo. I recommend it. Great location. Very short walk to the beach. Even shorter walk to grocery store. Close to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Garage held two cars. Also, it was extremely nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, towels and a wagon to pull it all, were available for use. Thanks for that. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the beach.

We came from 3 states to meet up for a long weekend. Three couples and an 8 month old. The living area had enough space for everyone to sit in comfort and the dinning sat 8. The beds were comfortable. all the toys for adults and children were available and in excellent condition. Having the crib, high chair and stroller were great additions to making the weekend. If we are in the area we will stay again. Randy was a great host!

Great location for mission beach. Having 5 bikes and beach towels was a plus.
