Stayed Aug 3, 2024Tracey is extremely kind and personable, which made it hard to leave a somewhat negative review. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned before our arrival and we had to call her to have someone come back and clean. When they did come back it was late in the evening so things were not cleaned before we went to sleep. This included bathrooms, vacuuming, kitchen dishes, and counters/floors. We requested the linen package, however most of the sheets were not clean and the bunk room only had a sheet for one bed that was not even on the bed. The bunks were described as two twin bunks. There was one small playhouse bunk and two other mattresses on the floor. Those mattresses appeared to be from toddler beds. I think we were the first renters they have had. The house is beautiful, but I just don't think they were ready to have renters yet.
