Best Location In Lake Placid By Far!

Close to town for walk ability. The house was very well appointed and clean. Nice big kitchen and dining area and cozy living room. We would definitely stay there again!

Love being here - we've stayed multile times now. Such a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. We had a slight issue with the heat, and Ray resolved for us quickly (thank you!). Would absolutely return again! :-)

Property was clean, spacious, and with plenty of helpful amenities. The host, Ray, provided helpful information prior to arrival and assisted as needed during our stay. They also provided a helpful map on the refrigerator that showed how to quickly get into town for visiting the main attractions.

My family is still commenting on what a beautiful place this was to stay. My niece competed in figure skating for the Empire Games and the location was perfect. She took the silver! It was sub-zero negative temperatures so we did not walk much but literally a 3-5 min to the Olympic Center back and forth to drop off athletes.We enjoyed cooking, sitting in the living room wrapped up so warm, cozy and comfy! The pictures are nice but really is a magical Adirondack getaway. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and very responsive if we had a question. I would highly recommend if you want an upgraded Adirondack experience look no further! This is the spot! Thank you again! Meliss

Great location walk to town. Very clean house.

Great property. Spacious and clean. Decorated beautifully. Well-equipped kitchen and linens. Overall very pleased. Things we didn't like - very icy parking lot and walkway, ice machine on fridge didn't work, and fireplace didn't work. We got the pilot lit but it went out again so assume it was out of gas. No response on that from the owners but had a response from the realtor to check the tanks between units down a bit but we didn't feel comfortable doing that.

the property was precisely as described. Very clean and we walked to everything we wanted in Lake Placid--Main Street--all the Olympic facilities, and easy drive to several markets to purchase food. The town-home was well equipped for our cooking every day (3 meals per day). My Labrador had a wonderful time exercising on the steps and of course on numerous walks in the snow. This house was rated as a 10 and should be. Wonderful experience. You will enjoy your time and the hosts are endlessly helpful and cooperatie.

Dog friendly large townhouse with space to spread out, two full baths and a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet, woodsy surroundings but close enough to town to walk to events, restaurants, and shops. Our group included grandparents, parents, two kids and a dog.

This lovely condo is beautifully furnished and the decor is outstanding. It is just perfect for a stay in the Adirondacks. The location is great and allows you to walk to anywhere in town. If you get a chance to vacation here in Lake Placid, grab it!

The property and hosts were great! The townhouse was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was outstanding! Close enough to carry our kayaks to the water but far enough to be away from the noise of town. The teenagers lover Elmer the Moose! Highly recommend.

The location was great. The issue was the washer was broken. I called the phone number that was listed for emergencies on the property’s refrigerator. The number just rang and it said that the mailbox was full and it would not let you leave a voicemail. Then, I called VRBO to be hung up on twice then to be told that they had the same issue with the phone number. Finally, I was told by the property manager that he was aware that it was broken by housekeeping before my visit. I was not informed ahead of time. My family did not bring enough clothing because we thought we were able to do laundry. I ended up spending an evening of my vacation doing laundry at a laundry mat. Also, paying to wash my laundry. This should have been handled better.

Wonderful location for our first time in Lake Placid. We stayed with our 12, 13 year olds and dog. Pleanty of quick walks, close to Mirror Lake as advertised. All drive times were as adverised ad well. Most importantly the house was spotless. We look forward to our second stay.

We had an amazing stay close to Mirror Lake. I misread the description and thought there were boats, but we were able to rent within walking distance. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the hosts. The condo was spacious and came with everything that you needed. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this location!

This was our 4th stay at Moose Lodge. It's a cozy townhome in a great location that's easily walkable to downtown. The only drawback is the upstairs gets very warm from the heat rising from the lower floor.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Nice kitchen and table. Very clean. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay at Moose Lodge. The place was very clean, comfortable, in a very quiet location and the perfect place to walk to town for everything. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the kitchen - something that matters to us. It had everything we needed and the note for the short-cut walk to town was very helpful. The hosts responded immediately to any communication regarding our arrival and departure. We are looking forward to booking our next trip at Moose Lodge.

This is an awesome condo in the perfect location in Lake Placid. It has everything you need, is comfortable, quiet, and close to downtown, and beautiful Mirror Lake. This is our second year in a row staying here (3 couples) and we all highly recommend this property!

Just planned a long weekend to enjoy shopping, dining and boating in Lake Placid. We have stayed at this location before and loved it.

We were in town for a family wedding. Everything was great.

This townhouse is in a perfect location for a fun week/weekend in Lake Placid when you want the space and amenities of home but the convenience of walkability to everything at the Olympic Center and rinks. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and had lots of towels and linens. Having two dryers was great as it allowed us to keep up with the laundry after our hiking and biking excursions. Perfect access out the back to walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning and to walk to Mirror Lake for an evening swim. Easy walk to the golf course as well which was nice for my son and me as we could leave the car for my wife and daughter to go explore while we played golf. Neighbors were very kind and friendly as well. 10/10!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It is exactly as advertised, clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic for golf at the Lake Placid Club’s three courses. It’s a 10 minute walk into the town which offers great restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great week in Lake Placid. The vrbo is perfectly located to town and my daily swim in Mirror Lake. Clean , easy and great communication. We are very familiar with this town and look forward to coming back and staying here.

This was our second time staying at Moose lodge, and it was just as lovely as we remembered. The walking distance to town, easy drive to Whiteface and beautiful hikes nearby were exactly what we were looking for, along with a super pleasant, comfortable and spacious place to stay. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our Easter dinner, too! Thank you for the hospitality!
