Best location downtown.

We loved this location and comfortable condo! We could walk to so many places with in 1 mile of the condo!

The place was perfect for our family with two young kids. There was plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean, and kitchen had everything we needed for having breakfast and making coffee in the morning. The location is perfect with a short walk to Main Street where you can catch the trolley to most locations. We where able to leave the car parked in the garage for most of the duration except for the trip to Graceland. The hosts are very responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. Ours was minor, needing more blankets when the temperature dropped. They responded immediately and provided more blankets. The only thing you should be aware of is there are two flights of stairs, one flight from ground level to main area and another to the rooms. It may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Other than that I would highly recommend.

The location is very close and walkable to Beale Street and surrounding attractions. It is located downtown, so there is city noise but not more than expected. We used a sound app on our phone and slept well. With the gated parking spot and garage we felt very safe. Nice having multiple bathrooms/toilets, however there are round seats (if you understand the difference between round and oval toilet seats then you know what I mean lol). Plenty of towels and washcloths. The porch is comfortable. AC was able to keep up with June heat in Memphis :)

Accommodations were as expected. Clean and well-appointed. Walkable location and included private parking allowed for touring the area with ease.

Well located with a secure garage for your car (which you will need). The area is a little scary but stick to South Main to get to Beale St and you will be fine. Well equipped kitchen, but the A/C upstairs in the bedrooms was not particularly effective. The property lacks an ironing board!

This is a five star location. Many restaurant choices within walking distance. Main Street one minute away civil rights museum/arcade diner four minute walk, Beale Street a three or four minute walk. This could have been a five star review. None of the outlets in all three bathrooms worked, we relied on an extension cord to be moved between the two bathrooms on the third floor. The three-way light switch from the second floor to the third floor only works to shut the lights off from the second floor. All in all, it was a very good place to stay, plan on some nighttime noise if you are staying on a Friday Saturday night, very safe neighborhood we were here for three days did not have any issues and we did not see anyissues,

A great place overall!

Parking was secure. Place was clean.we did not cook. forgot to take out garbage.dishes in dish washer were there when we got there, never needed to use. Shower in king room backed up and drained very slowly.

The kitchen had everything we needed, we weren’t there for major meals, but it was stocked with the things we needed.

5 Star location for anyone wanting to stay near the heart of downtown. Both our host Ryan, and Sharon, his property assistant were quick to answer any and all questions that we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone and this property is #1 on our list next time were planning a trip back to the Memphis area!!

Convenient to main street

This truly is the best downtown location. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the restaurants and bars nearby and felt safe at all times. The townhouse exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the townhouse was very clean and nicely decorated. And the beds...so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

This townhome was in a great location that allowed us to walk to most of the things we wanted to do. Having the two bedrooms was great so that my daughter had her own space including her own bathroom which was great for us all to get ready at the same time. Beds were comfortable. Having a garage to park in was also wonderful and we felt safe in the city. We had a few issues or recommendations we would like to make. I would not stay there again on a Friday or Saturday evening unless Memphis does something about the street racing because we could hear it until after 3am in the morning making for a terrible night of sleep. Other nights were quiet though. I would remember to check on the type of coffee maker available since they only had a single serve k-cup maker. I would also recommend to the owner/manager to put some directions on how to use the TV because we could not get anything to come in. Additionally the owner needs to check the windows in the primary bedroom because they do not close all the way which also did not help the noise issues with the street racing.

Very clean, very roomy, nice little screened outdoor spot. Very walkable to downtown sights and destinations.

Perfect in every way! Remember to pull down on the bathtub ring for the shower!

The place was Fantastic! We had ample space and security. Very close to Beale Street, but we spent the most time up and down Main. Had a great time and saw Sun Studios, Stax Museum in the same day. Really an incredible location!

Nice property. Very well stocked. Need some noise cancelling devices for sleeping before midnight. Box fans in the closet worked pretty well for this purpose.

The house was great. Easy to get to and walking distance to everything downtown.

My friends and I stayed at the house my wedding weekend this past weekend. We stayed there the night after the rehearsal dinner and then the night after the wedding. It was a great place to get ready but I would definitely be wary of the stairs and don't put heels on before you walk down them especially in a 200 lb wedding dress. Lol! I felt really secure in the house although the club across the street created quite a bit of chaos for us on Friday night. Lots of police and there was a fight in the driveway right in front of the gate which was pretty scary. If you're young and are out on the town for the night probably not a bad thing but if you have young children it might not be the best option for a quiet night sleep on a Friday or Saturday night. The beds were super comfortable and it had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for something close to Beale Street or close to the river. Also a great option if you're doing the St Jude and it's available as it is really close to that area. The owner was super helpful and very willing to work with us on check-in and check out times. With wedding chaos going on it took one less bit of stress off of me which I was so appreciative of. Four stars on the location because of the loud club right across the street and four stars on the check-in process as there are several different codes when you first pull up. Once you get in though having the clickers is definitely a great option.
