This Fairfield Bay, Arkansas Home has gorgeous lake views and is an easy walk to Cool Pool and Tennis Courts. Also Near Marina located on the 40,000-acre Greers Ferry Lake. The house sleeps 7-8 in 3 bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master and queen beds in other bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms is set up family style with a queen bed and trundle twin beds. There is a coffee bar, full kitchen with 2 eating areas and deck with beautiful views.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We really enjoyed our stay in this house at Fairfield Bay! The views are absolutely stunning! You can see the lake and the beautiful hills from the many windows in the house or go enjoy the view from the front deck. It's a 2 minute walk to tennis, pickleball or the pool. The common area of the house is really large and open - it was great for a family get away. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 5, 2025The property was perfect for my family plenty of room for 7 of us plus we had family that got to visit and sit on the awesome porch and enjoy the views. Location to the pool was great and we even went bowling which is closeGrocery store was close also We enjoyed our stay and everything was nice in the house and outsideSuch a wonderful relaxing place.

Stayed May 23, 2025The place was comfortable, beautiful and as advertised. The hosts were communicative and great to work with. I'd stay again for our next family visit / vaca. We didn't get to enjoy Fairfield Bay activities, so we have to go back sometime soon!

Stayed May 26, 2023Lovely place to stay. View of the valley was gorgeous. The condo could have used some serving bowls and a better way to use the TV. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Thank you to the Hackneys who are the property owners.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022The property was handicapped accessible and close to the cool pool and pool cafe. The costs in the area were very reasonable and there was not a huge number of people when compared to the lake areas in Missouri. There are 8-10 hiking trails close by. The predominant sport is with ATV’s and there are ATV trails all over the area and are marked.
