Stayed Jul 7, 2025The house is bigger than it appears in the photos. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Two of them had the whole upstairs to themselves if they wanted. It was like a teen dream up there with an extra den and table outside of the bedroom. Main floor has 3 bedrooms and kitchen and nice sized living room with lots of seating. They had everything you could need. All of the little necessities you dont want to buy just for a vacay like extra toilet paper and ziploc bags. Beach is a short walk away. While youre there, rent a boat at chics marina in bolton. Host gave us recommendations for restaurants which were all great. Garrisons and Adirondack brewing were delicious!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024We were so happy that we chose this property. It was plenty big for 10, quiet, very clean, lots of extras making it easy to settle in and very close to all kinds of activities. It was easy to walk to million dollar beach, boat rides, parasailing, shopping, etc. We’re hoping we can go back next summer.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The house was immaculate and well organized: everything was in order. Sleeping accommodations were more than adequate. Plenty of room to relax. We really enjoyed just hanging out on the deck. The beach is within walking distance as is the village.
