The townhome is newly renovated with luxury vinyl plank flooring down stairs and upstairs bath and laundry. New baseboards and freshly painted throughout. New landscaping too with outdoor fireplace.

The townome sits in the Encanto village neighborhood of Phoenix. Diagonally from the historic Phoenix Country Club. The fact that you can be so close to so much and be at home in a warm and serene Oasis within the city is why I named the property 'Encanto Oasis'.

10 minutes fromSky Harbor Airport. 10 minutes from Downtown and the Convention Center. 10 minutes to the Biltmore Area. For Spring Training you are almost dead center and within 20 minutes to 8 of the 10 spring training fields.

Visitors will appreciate this upscale elegantly appointed townhome. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Phoenix, Biltmore Area, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor International Airport, Chase Field, US Air Arena, Sporting, Convention Center, Museums, Live Theatre, Entertainment Venues (all within in 10 minutes or less) and ASU/Tempe.

This townhome offers all the comforts of home and then some. It’s near golf, shopping, great bistros and fine dining, hiking, biking, and more.

You will enjoy the private setting. The townhouse is an end unit on two levels, featuring 1214 sq. ft., three bedrooms and one and one half bath, two private courtyards and a enclosed two garage . Much of the furnishing were refreshed in 2024. You will find it clean and comfortable.

On the ground level you will find an open concept. The living and dining rooms are open to each other and they feel spacious and warm. The living room has a 42'' HD wifi smart flat panel TV with Utube TV. There is sofa/sleeper in the living Room which makes into a queen memory foam bed. The dining room has a lovely wood table with thick cushioned chairs to seat 6. This layout is ideal for socializing and entertaining.

The gourmet cooks kitchen is fully equipped, opened to the dining and living areas and features beautiful custom cabinets and slab granite counter tops with a snack bar that seats two. The appliances including a refrigerator, smooth top self cleaning range, microwave above, dishwasher, large stainless sink and disposal. Plus lots of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking dishes and plenty of storage. Visitors find this special kitchen ideal for entertaining and feel right at home.

There is a half bath off of the living room.

Upstairs there are three bedroom all with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. Comfortable beds appointed with luxury bedding. One full bath with a second sink/dressing area off the master bedroom. The laundry room is adjacent to the bedrooms. There is plenty of closet space too!

The master bedroom features views of Piestewa Peak and has California King Bed and an LCD/wifi TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed that makes into two 36x74 inch twins with memory foam toppers. There is sofa/sleeper in the living Room which makes into a queen memory foam bed. This is ideal as a long term winter escape, an executive apartment, girls’ getaway, romantic retreat, parents can relax here with their kids too. WIFI allows guests to get some work done, if needed.

There are two walled in private court yards with a side yard walkway connecting the two. The front court yard is entered through the living rooms' sliding glass door. The rear sun filled brick courtyard is right off of the dining room and kitchen and is nestled between the townhouse and two car garage and features a large dining table with comfortable high back chairs to seat 6. Out door fireplace. The gas barbecue is great for grilling and eating out. Both courtyards are perfect for sipping coffee or having a glass of wine.

There is a garage for two car garage and a door opener with access to the rear courtyard for your convenience.

This townhouse offers a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation and close to everything one could desire. The townhouse is located in a small quaint development of only 12 homes.

Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square are easy access makes this getaway a shopper’s paradise. The prime central Phoenix location means that everything is nearby: movies, live music, wine bars, Chase Field, Phoenix Art Museum, Desert Botanical Garden and much more. Town and Country Shopping Center with Whole Foods, Trader Joes, L.A. Fitness, Nordstroms Rack and Frys' grocery store are 5 minutes from the townhouse.

Staying here is a real oasis as a getaway while attending the Barrett-Jackson Car Show, The Waste Management Phoenix Open, the Arabian Horse Show, Russ-Steele Car Show, Spring Training and other seasonal events.

For those spending a winter in the area, this lock-and-leave townhouse is a good place to use as a base for visiting Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon, Flagstaff and Prescott. Nearby freeways I-10, I-17 and SR 51 take you anywhere in no time!

For those here on business for a few days or an extended amount of time. Why not have all the amenities of home. This oasis is just minutes to downtown.

    This super-well located townhouse comes with everything you’ll need to make your Phoenix stay a success. Probably the cleanest and best appointed vacation rental we’ve enjoyed. Raymond, host, is a very nice person and has great recommendations. You will really enjoy your stay here!

    The host was very accommodating and took care of the concerns we had. Proximity to the airport and Spring Training Fields was exellent. Amenities were exceptional, i.e. water bottles in the refrigerator. Would recommend this place if you are going to spring training games.

    Raymond was very responsive and easy to work with. The home is comfortable and well equipped. He just finished installing new flooring and painting. Was nice to be able to have our dogs with us. The 4 stars for cleanliness is only because there was excessive dust from the remodeling, I expect this is a one time occurrence.

    We had a delay on our flight so we came in after sunset so we had a little difficulty finding the place. Once we got there it was all we anticipated and more. Clean and centrally located. We got around quite easily. Would recommend this place!

    Raymond met us upon our arrival and went over many details about the unit, which we appreciated. The development is quite dated, but the unit itself was nicely furnished and had all the comforts of home. The front and back courtyards were great places to sit and read and enjoy a glass of wine. All things considered, I would recommend this unit.
