Best Bang for Your Buck! Los Conchas Beach House

the stay was nightmare something died in the wall there was over 5000 large flies' all over the house all we did is kill flies. we could not stay in room with bunkbeds that is where the smell and flies are. we looked them up they live off died things. no hot water first day water tank was off. shower head in kitchen bath is broken. live wires sticking out of walls with no plugs on them. dish washer smells like something died in it. kitchen window has a crack in it. microwave starting burning up when we tried to use. we could not lock the house. door knobs are stuck from moisture. the house was very dirty inside sand all over the floors who ever you have watching your house they do not care or they are lazy. we spent hours cleaning the home. creepy room under stairs has stained mattress with stain sheet on floor room smells so bad. we have been staying at las concha's for 13 years we have never rented the house this bad.

This place is great if you need a place to lay your head at night. Maintenance on it is low and one of the rooms smelled really suspicious. However, It was nicely located on beach and has enough space for a nicely sized group! Just needs a little bit of tender love and care.

Had a great stay. House has a good location. Short walk to the beach and at a great price. Would definitely stay again

The house was not clean. The windows didn’t even lock it was scary and uncomfortable. When we arrived we lost power and there was no water for a full day b there was a very creepy hidden in the closet with a dirty mattress in the floor. We had to bring our own sheets for the 6 beds. Very inconvenient. And stop at the store for toilet paper hand soap as it was not available. Would never stay there again.

The property is nice and close to the beach. Could use some touch ups but great price for what you get.

For my first time in Rocky point the experience was very excellent and it couldn't be better with a awesome stay on the beach I will book with the same rental in the near future.. thank you to the owner

It is even nicer than the pictures look! Easy walk to the beach. Maybe a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Great place to go to relax or enjoy the nightlife and great food. Highly recommend!!

We had a good time, very close to beach!

If you come prepared for a budget vacation, it's a great house that will comfortably accomadate 4-5 people. It's in need of some TLC and there were many things that didn't work but the showers had great pressure, were clean and had hot water. The beds were comfortable. You do need to bring all your own linens and there is no wifi/cable/tv etc. It suited our needs and I would consider staying again when price is a factor. The owner Carol is also very good at communication while stateside which is a plus
