Property was as pictured. Beautiful ocean views We really enjoyed our stay It’s notable however there are 2 sets of stairs with each one 17 steps. First 17 steps to bedrooms and bathroom. Second 17 steps to living area and deck We did fine but This presents mobility challenges for some

We had an awesome stay at La Siesta. The place itself is nicely furnished and well kept. There was a couple spots they were in the process of remodeling but no big deal to us. The outside deck was great. Just keep in mind its also part of the rental house but with a large separation in-between the two. The hosts were very welcoming and even went out of the way to bring us a couple beach chairs. The only hiccup that i hope they will learn from is; We decided to add an extra night onto our stay and by doing so our original door code to get in had expired on our previous departing date and there was no mention of a new code. After finding out the next evening we tried twice to contact the emergency manager and after about 45 minutes of total time we finally got a call back with a new code. We were definitely glad it got sorted out and the Manager was polite about it but still shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. At the end we highly recommend this place and may be back sometime to rent again. Thanks SDVR!

They do not respect the noise agreement. Other guess can enter you property. NO REAL PRIVACY

Space was somewhat clean, but the pictures were deceiving. The lodging is very dated and worn. Rust around the bathtub, TV did not work, screen door was not working, kitchen sink sprayed upwards, furnace knocked at night. Great location, but we will not stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed here and loved every moment! The location was excellent and the place had everything we needed. We rented bikes and could easily get around when we wanted to go out. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures showing the property are from an earlier time. The property is very tired The kitchen cabinets are ild, painted and do not close or open easily and faucet did not turn off The bath tub had horrible blue/black staining The grout was discolored, ,broken All around the edge. Needs to be replaced The parking is very sketchy , as you have to go around a “ power pole” to navigate into your parking space. There is a lovely upstairs patio You have a great view of the ocean Walking/ Close to action

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cons:First night we got to the condo the toilet is leaking sewer water plumber comes to fix it but just puts caulking around the base (they did get somewhere out in a timely manner though! It stated it was kid friendly but there were bare wires hanging out of heater unit , staples half pulled out creating a hazard for small children in base board and furniture, tub was rusted. Pros:It was conveniently located to the beach and restaurants
