Summary:

Bermuda Sunset offers an elevated waterfront experience where stunning Sound views, luxurious finishes, and expansive outdoor living spaces create the perfect coastal escape. This beautifully designed home features bright open-concept living areas surrounded by large windows, multiple balconies for enjoying sunsets, and inviting outdoor gathering spaces just steps from the water. Whether kayaking, grilling outdoors, or relaxing with family and friends, every detail is designedto maximize the waterfront lifestyle.

The Space:

This home boasts four bedrooms and four and a half baths and sleeps eight to ten guests. This home is situated on the serene Santa Rosa Sound in Navarre Beach. Bermuda Sunset is located within the quiet gated community of Caribbean Isle with amenities such as a community pool and tennis court.

Bermuda Sunset is tastefully furnished with coastal flair and high end finishes and appliances. Each bedroom has its own designated full bath and smart TV. On the main living floor (located on the 2nd floor), a queen suite sleeps two with views of the Sound and surrounding neighborhood. The open concept, fully appointed kitchen, living, and dining area features sweeping views of the Sound that open to an outdoor patio with plenty of seating for guests. The dining area is surrounded on three sides by large windows that overlook the water, which let in an abundance of natural light. You can enjoy delicious meals and take in the relaxing views, and there is an oversized island with additional seating. The front balcony off the main living area offers seating for four with great views of the sunset and the beautiful Caribbean Isle neighborhood.

The third floor includes three bedrooms each with full baths. The primary suite has a king size bed and its own private balcony with rocking chairs and a hammock for relaxing. The primary closet is a walk-in with plenty of storage. The en suite bath is a spa-like retreat that includes a large rain shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom is a king suite which sleeps two. The third bedroom is a bunk room that can sleep up to four. All of the bedrooms on the third level have beautiful views of the water and neighborhood. Bermuda Sunset also offers a convenient laundry area on this level containing a washer and dryer.

The garage is equipped with three kayaks and safety vests. There is also a propane grill for grilling on the outdoor patio only steps away from the sand, as well as a small beverage fridge so you don’t even have to walk up the stairs for your cold juice box or beer. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the ground level so you can enjoy the views. There is also a half bath located in the garage, as well as an outdoor shower. It is recommended that shoes be work when walking to the Pier as there may be sand spurs/stickers etc.

To top off your vacation experience, enjoy sitting at the end of your own private pier that stretches 200 feet into the Sound for fishing, spending time with family, watching the dolphins and pelicans, or simply taking in the beautiful Navarre sunsets. Make sure to bring your fishing poles and tackle box. The Santa Rosa Sound is perfect for wading, swimming, and kayaking. Unlike the Gulf of Mexico, the Sound is a much calmer body of water with no undertow for family fun! And the emerald green waters of the Gulf are just a short five to ten minute walk. If you prefer to drive, there are public beach access parking lots very close to the Caribbean Isle subdivision.

You will find lots of fun activities nearby when you are ready for a break from the beach. Treat the kids to ice cream and snowballs close by. Visit the Gulf Breeze Zoo, the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the longest fishing pier in Florida, the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center, or spend time at the splash pad or the inflatable playground right across the bridge.

Because this home is located in a private community with permanent residents, all guests must be respectful of the neighbors and are required to follow all rules of the community, including parking, noise, trash, pool use, etc.

Bermuda Sunset has parking for four vehicles in the driveway - parking on the street is not allowed per community rules. There is no parking in the garage.

Per strict community rules, No Boats, No Trailers, or RV parking on the property. Additionally, tying up boats, jet skis or any other watercraft to the pier is strictly prohibited.

Our second stay at this fabulous home did not disappoint! It's spacious, clean, and the views are beautiful. The bedrooms are all very large with comfortable beds, each bedroom with it's own full bathroom, and living area is open and has lots of room to watch TV, play games, enjoy family. The kitchen had everything we needed - and we cooked every evening (fresh fish and crabs from the dock). We felt really lucky to experience both sunset and sunrise views - so peaceful on the bay side. There was a new home construction next to the house, but we didn't notice loud noise and the workers weren't distracting. Hopefully the new lot won't inhibit the beautiful views of the bay. The guest service staff was attentive and helpful - we ran out of propane on our first night, and they brought a new tank the next afternoon. The check-out process was easy and the information was clear. We'd love to stay again in the future! Both of our trips to Navarre we found a great lunch spot - Where Ya At Seafood Market and Restaurant. We bought fresh seafood to prepare at our house, but the lunches were great! Closed on Tuesdays, but recommend everyone try this cool spot.

Our stay at Bermuda Sunset was great. The home was beautiful and clean. When planning our trip, some of the family wasn't sure about staying on the Bay side, but everyone has agreed that it was the perfect place to stay. It was close enough to walk or ride over to the beach and ocean, which we did and enjoyed; however, it was great to be on the bay and be surrounded by water throughout our stay. It was so calming and relaxing. The water was clean and shallow enough for our grandkids, ages 5 and 7, to play without worrying about them. We all loved all of the sea creatures (crabs, fish, frogs, but especially the dolphins that we saw on 2 different occasions). We enjoyed having the amenities of the kayaks, the pier for fishing, sandy area at the house for lounging and the the relaxation of the deck space for rest and enjoy the beauty that God gave us. We loved the big kitchen and enjoyed cooking breakfast and preparing lunch, and also loved having the grill. We used it one evening for dinner. We really wished we had stayed at the house more and prepared food there rather than going out to eat. For future renters, I would suggest bringing a couple of fans to use on the decks. It gets very hot and there aren't any ceiling fans to help with cooling. Also, remember to bring extra washcloths and towels. Additionally, there are a lot of steps at the house, so be mindful of that when booking your stay. My legs got some much needed exercise. LOL My only real negative comment is regarding the pool and tennis court area. The pool was very dirty, in and around it (frogs in it and the hot tub), and the ladies restroom wasn't very clean. The men's restroom was locked, so the men had to use the ladies. We took paddle ball, but the tennis/paddle ball court was it such bad shape that it made it dangerous to play (several chunks out of the pavement). Considering the community that the house is in, we were surprised that the pool and court was in such poor shape. It was disheartening that we weren't not able to enjoy these two areas as much as we would have like. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house and hope to stay there again someday.

we had an amazing time and have already book this house for this Oct. for two weeks. 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 is all I can say. It was so enjoyable to either relax on the sand in the backyard or take a short walk to the beach and relax.

This lovely home in a small gated community was a good central location for exploring the area! The unobstructed view of the bay was incredible, with the expansive windows facing north from all three main-level rooms - kitchen, dining, AND living room. HIGH ceilings added some grandeur to the already luxurious atmosphere. The decor was exactly as pictured with everything in soft whites and beige. I loved looking out our primary bathroom window and patio doors early in the morning to experience the horizon at sunrise (north) with pelicans, herons, and a few water birds flying by. There are LOTS of stairs to the front door and up to the bedrooms, so we planned our trips up and down more carefully. Neighbors are very close, with the advantage of an empty lot to the west for now. The bay water is shallow so the long pier helps when fishing. Cold weather drew the fish away this trip. The town of Navarre Beach is only a couple of miles east and has 3 main restaurants and a gas station. The pier there is SO long - to get out to deeper waters - but a great walk ($8 fishing/ $1 walking). To the west, there's a long, beautiful drive through the Gulf Islands National Seashore towards Pensacola Beach and Fort Pickens. Small dunes and stunning waterways the entire way. Any beach area in February could be your private playground. It was too chilly to enjoy the community pool but it looked inviting. This is a home for relaxing and using as a home-base for the area. If you love the beach, you'd have MILES AND MILES of perfect white sand to enjoy. (SCENIC STAYS STAFF WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE VIA PHONE OR MESSAGES!!)

Hello, thank you for the let of your beach house. It was beautifully situated. The view is lovely and the layout perfect for a large family vacation. :) We were surprised at the sparsity of small things like kitchen towels, extra blankets etc…..but nothing that we couldn’t solve with a trip to the store. The water for showers, dishes etc never really got hot. But again nothing that we couldn’t deal with. Cool showers are supposed to be good for you. lol We had one significant issue, the house when I booked it, is advertised to have access to the community pool and hot tub. As we were traveling with someone who was physically handicapped and they could not swim in the ocean, this was a huge part of the reason I chose this house. I was given a code that did not open the pool gate. I reached out several times over a few days, and although I got prompt responses that were kind, the problem was not resolved. We found other ways to have fun. But for future guests I would make sure that is sorted. All in all a lovely stay all the same. ?

This is a beautiful location, but there was issues. First when we arrived the trash cans were completely full and the smell was horrible. You could smell the odor from the house. We called the property managers and was told the trash would be picked up on Saturday. We arrived on Tuesday. The A/C could only be turned down to 72. It was hot. The hot water was another issue. If you enjoy cold showers? The biggest issue was, they did a home inspection for their home owners insurance on a Saturday. WTH? This was A family vacation and we had to wait around on our Saturday for them to do this. We ended up missing our breakfast reservations, and had to take our daughter to the airport because of this. To say the least we were not happy. I think this property is poorly managed. It’s a shame we paid that kind of money and couldn’t fully enjoy our vacation
