The open layout connects the living area and dining space, creating a natural flow for gathering and relaxing. A large sectional invites you to unwind, while the dining table provides seating for shared meals or casual work sessions.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, featuring essential appliances and ample space to prepare meals. Whether you're making breakfast or enjoying a quiet dinner in, everything is set up for convenience.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom features a full bed with a trundle, while the third bedroom offers bunk beds with two full beds. Each room includes bed linens and storage for your belongings.

Bathrooms & laundry
Two full bathrooms are available - one ensuite and one accessible from the hallway. A washer and dryer are included for added ease during longer stays.

Outdoor & community features
Step outside to a private patio with seating and a BBQ grill, ideal for enjoying the Florida air. Guests also have access to a community pool within The Players Club (TPC), along with nearby walking trails and outdoor spaces.

Situated in Ponte Vedra within The Players Club (TPC), this home places you close to local dining, golf, and coastal attractions while offering a quiet residential setting.
