Just 2 blocks from miles of sandy shoreline, popping to and from the beach at your leisure couldn't be easier — whether you're refilling the coolers or ducking out of the California sun. Dozens of vibrant shops, restaurants, and nightlife options line the nearby, highly walkable 2nd Street, and if you'd rather skip the car altogether, rent a bike and explore at your own pace. Back at home, unwind on the front patio with a cocktail in hand as you make plans for the evening.

These guidelines help us ensure a wonderful experience for every guest and keep the home in top shape for your visit.



For your awareness, the property is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras — one mounted on the doorbell monitoring the entrance and street, and one mounted on the garage monitoring the driveway. Both cameras are exterior only.

    The home is in a wonderful location (Belmont Shores) one block from abundant dining options on 2nd Street and two blocks from the beach. The house itself has been beautifully updated and is obviously well maintained. The big open concept living, dining and kitchen is perfect for family. Bedrooms are very comfortable. It does get hot in Long Beach so we much appreciated the ceiling fans in every room and the central air conditioning. That can be hard to find. Also hard to find can be street parking but the house has a garage and driveway that is available for parking during the stay.My family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

    Beautiful home with easy access to 2nd Street (1/2 block away), Alamitos Bay and the beach! Beds were comfortable with really nice sheets and towels were super soft. Bathrooms had large, walk-in showers that were accessible with hand-held shower heads as well as overhead. Kitchen was great with many amenities you might need. Loved having garage and driveway parking off the street. What a bonus for Belmont Shore. Two bikes, four beach chairs and numerous large beach towels were available for guest use. Also really nice having a W/D in garage. Living/dining area very spacious and furniture was very comfortable. Outside furniture was great as well. Local management was attentive and helpful. We have stayed in Belmont many times, in different houses, but this one was the best for our family of four. Would definitely stay again.

    Beautiful updated home with some cool original 1920s details. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and communication was great. The best part (and our main reason for choosing this house) is the location - it's a short walk to the beach in one direction, and to shops and restaurants in the other! Most of our time was spent going to all the places we could walk to, but we also visited the nearby aquarium, and spent a day at Knotts (30 minute drive). The dedicated parking spaces were helpful since street parking in the neighborhood can be scarce on the weekend. We loved this house and would stay here again!!

    Great house for some family time! We especially loved hanging out on the front porch, so much so that we opted for take out every night instead of going out for dinner! The beach was a little too far for us so we ended up driving. Overall a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. The garage was a little too small for our cars, but we took advantage of the driveway and luckily found parking on the street. The house was very clean and was even more beautiful than the pictures. Would love to stay here again!

    We had a relaxing and fun time at the Belmont Shore Beach house. Conveniently located a short walk away from restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment. Beach was perfect too!! The house was immaculate. The beds and rooms were comfy with all the necessities for the stay. Nice relaxing family room and great kitchen for cooking. Having our own parking spot was a plus as it is a poular area with limited street parking. Management was attentive to questions asked. Thanks for a great stay!

    We loved our stay at The Belmont Shore Beach House. From start to finish it was a 5 experience. The property is lovely and very clean. All three bedrooms were great and the many common areas were super comfortable.All of my interactions with the management were wonderful with such good communication.The location can’t be beat. Walk to Second Street or the beach takes minutes! We will stay here again!
