A washer and dryer are available for your use in the home, and we provide detergent to get you started. If you prefer to use your own, please make sure it is HE (high-efficiency) detergent only — this keeps our machine in great shape for every guest.

    Excellent location and backyard. The house easily accommodated our group which over the stay ranged from 2-8 people. Communicating with the owners, especially the check-in process, was very simple.

    This home is very spacious and can accommodate a large family, which is what I was looking for — hard to find in this area. The backyard is very pleasant and enjoyable. The location is great, within walking distance to the ocean and many restaurants. But the home itself needs a lot of updating. The carpet is very dirty and needs replacing. The home smells musty as other reviews noted. The front door feels like it will break off because the handle is very wobbly. The bathrooms have severe lime buildup. If these things don’t bother you and you are fine with this for a few days then it’s ok. But for these reasons I couldn’t stay here again. Also it’s run by a large property management company and I found it difficult to communicate with them. For example I could not get access information about the home until two hours before check in time. When I asked for an early check it they told me it would be subject to a fee. I haven’t found this to be the case with any other VRBO owner and it was not cool. I talked to some lady who said she’d have to call the property manager and get an answer to my question, which was annoying. Felt like I was dealing with a hotel and that’s why I’m not staying at a hotel! Hope this review is helpful to future guests and the owner of the property as well.

    I came for a weekend with my mom and sister for a Celebration of Life and this house was a perfect, relaxing home. A great location, bigger than the pics made it look. Lovely outdoor space.

    This was a beautiful 2 story home in the Belmont heights area of Long Beach. It was quiet, spacious and offered off-street parking. The garden area was adorable.Now, on the downside; The smell throughout the house. I believe it was coming from the old and soiled carpeting on the second floor. It was terrible (the carpeting).The bathroom shower doors were built up with lime and mold. You could smell it when you stepped in the shower. The corners in the bathrooms were black with mold.

    Our stay at this house was great! It was very clean and a perfect space for our family to hang out inside or outside. There were lots of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. A great neighborhood! I would stay here again.
