The property was the perfect place for my families quick Myrtle beach getaway. The house was clean for the most part, it was spacious and walking distance to the beach. The cherry on top was that my puppy was able to vacation with us at this location. Bob always responded promptly to any request which was greatly appreciated.The only disappointment was that we couldn’t do late check out.Overall, I would highly recommend this home and would return!!

For an 1800 sq ft house that sleeps 11, it’s woefully under furnished with a 4-seater couch and a 4-person dining table. When I asked about a leaf for the table, owner had me hunt for it in the garage; “leaf” turned out to be a random piece of ill-fitting particle board. Broken rail on the interior stairwell–we had to buy a baby gate to keep toddlers and dog away from the safety hazard. A single broom was left for us to clean up after ourselves (no vacuum, no swiffer). Filthy floors—our feet were black after walking around the house barefoot on day 1—and a smelly screened-in porch with mold-covered patio furniture. This despite a $350 cleaning fee (owner and VRBO have yet to respond to my request for a fee refund). Oh and the wifi network is unsecured. To his credit, when I contacted the owner about the kitchen’s dangerously dull chef knife, cracked/leaky coffee mugs, and broken can opener, he brought over a knife sharpener and replacements. The home’s open layout is good for a group, and it’s on a quiet street a quick drive to the beach, but otherwise it leaves a lot to be desired. Would really benefit from a trip to Dollar Tree. Maybe Walmart if the owners decide to start treating it like a business and invest in it.

This was just what we needed. The home was just as posted. The host was very responsive to all comments. I would recommend to anyone looking at the property listing.

This home was perfect for our family! Very clean, updated decor, and nice neighborhood. We love the three King bedrooms. Would definitely book again!

The Belle Grove Pelican was the perfect place for my family to stay while in North Myrtle Beach. There was 8 of us total (and two dogs) and there was plenty of room in this house. It was very clean and roomy. We had a slight issue with the electronic door lock on the front door but was quickly resolved by the management team. The house was only about a 3 minute drive to the beach which was great. It is also very close to all the things we love to do there (mini golf, restaurants, Alligator Adventure and Barefoot Landing). It is far enough from the main road that you can't hear any traffic but close enough that everything is right around the corner. I would recommend staying here if you have a nice size group and will probably stay here again the next time we all come down to NMB.

Open concept home very clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of 8 and 3 kids. There was more room for extra guest. Several porches for early morning coffee and tea.
