Bella Vita Cottage- 4 bed/3 bath with Private Pool

needs a deep clean. The downstairs bedroom bed was filthy. We arrived late, and once we finally got into bed noticed that the bedding had a horrible, yeasty smell to it. It made all our clothes and us and our kids smell. the mattress protector and the pillows had stains on them and were filthy. Upstairs bedding also had a smell, not as bad. The property manager was made aware of the situation and Housekeeping came and replaced sheets.Good proximity to beach, not sure the hot tub in the pool worked since we didn’t get to try it. Needs a thermostat upstairs to keep it cooler, this is why we chose to stay downstairs

The pool was great! And the option to get it heated for a late March visit was so nice.Plenty of towels for the pool. Great location.

House was clean, host resolved any problems and the location was great

Recommend that they employ a lock box instead of physical keys, expand parking (really can only fit one car in the two car driveway, update fence around pool and fix the large pool umbrella to provide some shade. We really liked the pool with it's large shallow end for our toddler. The house was easy to stay in--low maintenance from a renters perspective. Would be interested in renting again in the future.

Managed to get one tv to work with a Hot Spot. Downstairs was very cold and upstairs was warm. Could not close the downstairs vents to force the cold air upstairs as they suggested because the vents were rusted and would not close. Pool, den and screened porch were the best parts of the house. Kitchen was too small.

Just wanted to let you know that.

The property was everything advertised and more. The pool had multiple levels to accommodate all ages. The screened porch was a joy to spend time in. The short walk to the beach made beach time convenient.

The location of the home and the pool area are wonderful however the house needs updating. It is showing wear and I was happy I had not planned on making meals in the small and dated kitchen.
