Great place for the 7 people we had stay there. House manager was easy to contact and fixed a minor problem right away. Would totally rent again!!

Beautiful home and beautiful pool. Very quiet neighborhood! We had a great time!

The AC was inadequate. All bedrooms got too hot. The manager's recommendation helped. It made it tolerable, but one doesn't want tolerable when on vacation. Also, there were ants in all bathrooms and the kitchen. The manager said they are looking for water. Dah!

The house and grounds were just wonderful! The house was so spacious and very clean . The backyard with the pool, hot tub , koi pond , gazebo and waterfall was delightful ! We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the setting . We hope to return for another family vacation next year !

Beautiful house that was everything we expected and more! Loved the back yard, pool and spa, bocce ball court, koi pond, outdoor kitchen and several seating areas! Everything was perfect!

We only had one issue and the host handled it immediately. Fantastic home and extremely spacious. All the bedrooms have private baths which was great. Very quiet and private backyard/pool area. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Pool service team came twice while we were there to make sure everything was clean and operating properly. Home shows some signs of wear and aging, but everything worked great. We would stay here again.

The house was spacious, open, and beautifully designed for a comfortable, relaxing time in the desert. We all enjoyed it immensely. The property is very well cared for and the manager responsive and always always helpful which is important because a few things required assistance. High quality but aging grill, dishwasher, need repair or replacement.

The host met us at the property upon arrival for a quick tour and instructions on how to navigate amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, garage door, etc.). The property was clean and had everything we needed for a week of vacation. It is in a great location, very quiet/secluded despite being in the middle of a neighborhood, and tons of space both inside and out. Would highly recommend.

This was a great spot for our stay, with lots of space indoors and a very lovely outdoor area. We spent much time each day and evening in the beautiful pool and spacious hot tub. It’s about a 1.5 mile walk to downtown PS, which everyone in our group thought was fine. The manager Ric was exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Everything was as listed. Spacious, comfortable kitchen well stocked, koi pond and waterfall a very relaxing outdoor environment. Perfect for 8 people.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. There were a few issues with the spa however the property manager was super responsive and we appreciated all he and his assistant did to make our stay great. Would definitely go back!

The house provided everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving with family. The double oven and two refrigerators really helped. I paid the added fee to heat to pool and it provided entertainment for hours. There was so much to do that no one wanted to leave the house for four days. Ric was easy to work with and answered questions quickly. I’d definitely choose this place again for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor spaces were amazing - pool, hot tub, koi pond, gazebo! The house was roomy and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Master bathroom has been nicely updated. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location in nice cul de sac - quiet and private.

The location is ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots, yet peaceful and private for a relaxing retreat. The outdoor space was a highlight, featuring a delightful pool, lush tropical landscaping, and the soothing sight of koi fish that was thoroughly enjoyable to watch.Every detail, from the comfy beds to the high-speed Wi-Fi and fully stocked kitchen, made our stay effortless and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t recommend this rental highly enough. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Absolutely gorgeous. Fully stocked. We had everything we needed from cooking utensils to toiletries. (The extra towels are in the hallway closet. We didn’t see them at first.) Ric, the property manager, was accommodating and responsive to any needs that came up. The pool guy (Jesus) was friendly and went out of his way to keep the pool clean and vacuumed. We had a sister-cousin retreat and we loved it!

My girlfriends & I went for a girls trip to celebrate my lil sister's birthday. We could not have asked for a better house to rent. My sister was so surprised and the other ladies were blown away on how beautiful the house was. So spacious that each of us could find our own little nook to just relax if we wanted and not bother the others. We didn't even mind feeding the Koi Fish every morning. Ric was was very responsive and so easy to work with if I had any questions or if something came up. It was a great trip!! I will definitely be returning!

Enjoyed a girls weekend at this house. We all appreciated the cleanliness. Since we didn't plan on eating out, it was a pleasant surprise to see how well stocked the kitchen was. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The pool was great along with the outdoor seating options. The only recommendation we have is more seating in the family room near the kitchen. We all 4 fit on the couch, but it would have been nice to have another option to sprawl out on for movie night. Overall, no complaints & would definitely book another stay at this house.

It was sunny and hot we spent lots of time in the pool and air conditioning. We took turns cooking for 14, mostly bbq foods on a fantastic grill.This home is wonderfully laid out. Bedrooms are private with baths, all with big windows, and very quiet.The grounds are beautiful with plenty of seating and tables.Our group thought it was the best home yet!

Loved staying here! Ric is great to deal with. Our family had a great time, the house had everything we needed and more. Lots of space indoor and outdoor, lots of outdoor furnishings to use, great BBQ and outdoor dining space. And the koi pond and waterfalls created the perfect outdoor environment! Had an issue with the hot tub but was taken care of quickly by Ric. Planning on staying here again. Thanks so much!

A wonderful stay with dear friends. House layout was perfect for our group. Outdoor space (including pool and hot tub) was amazing. The house is still lovely, but attention to some minor maintenance issues would be helpful. House manager, Ric, was very pleasant and accommodating as we settled in a bit ahead of schedule. Fortunately, no further assistance was needed during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs and couldn't have enjoyed the backyard oasis more! It has tons of space (sun & shade), tables, patios, chairs, umbrellas, etc...Ric was a delight to work with. The home was spacious and comfortable. Very worth the price and we would consider going back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It offers everything the listing indicates and much more. Really nice and quite neighborhood, close to downtown and airport. The host is nice and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is our 5th year staying at this house and it’s absolutely perfect. The house is clean, has everything we need, and the outdoor space is amazing! The house and yard are spacious where people can spread out if they want some alone time. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need.

Great place for two families. Lots of room.

Pool, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, bocci/corn hole, koi pond, orange/lemon trees. Watched bowl games from pool on outdoor tv. Sunrises from hot tub were amazing. Best Palm Spring vrbo we have stayed at- grocery/liquor store minutes away. Close to so many attractions. Kitchen well stocked. Many places to eat indoor annd out. Only negative is that the dishwasher didn’t clean dishes but so minor. Great place!

Loved the back yard, the sauna, everything was SO clean, VERY comfortable beds - not the platform beds everyone had but a real bed in the master (which my back definitely appreciated lol). Appreciated the full size w/d too. As a family who spent a lot of time hiking we needed that. Ric was super responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing property, beautiful, private, very comfortable, planty of room to hang out together, and to have some personal time. Very well equipped kitchen, BBQ, bar area, patio. Great pool and spa. We didn't use sauna but it was available. And wonderful koi pond!
