Stayed Aug 30, 2025Its a great house a few steps away from the beach and plenty of space for the whole family. It was serene community and the house amenities were just perfect. We didnt find the laundry (downstairs) until a bit too late but its a great feature too. Thank you for making this family vacation a possibility for us.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025THIS HOUSE IS PREFECT FOR A SMALL GROUP, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH A VERY SHORT WALK. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY IS GREAT FOR WATCHING THE SUNSET AND PEOPLE WATCHING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME.

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a lovely time at this beach house. The location cannot be beat. You are literally steps away from the beach. The beach was not overcrowded at all. We ran into difficulty when checking in because the code was not working to get in. We were quickly able to get in contact with the host to fix this. The house was mostly clean but we found some trash from the previous guest. We could not open the door for the outdoor shower because the latch is broken. Otherwise, the house is nice and we enjoyed our weekend. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Stayed Aug 2, 2023The location of this house is amazing. You are right on a beach which was not crowded at all. The outdoor shower makes cleaning up from your beach time easy. Lots of cooking equipment in kitchen. House is showing some wear and tear.

Stayed Jul 11, 2023This house is a gem steps away from the beach! The location is perfect—just 8 miles from Moody Gardens but far enough away from the tourist-y sea wall. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, bathrooms are spacious and the kids loved both bunk rooms. The host had great communication—don’t wait, rent it for your family getaway!
