Bella Montagne Safe and Centrally located Charming Home Close to AF Great Area.

This home fit our needs. Plenty of space and the bedrooms were equipped simply but efficiently. We were visiting CS for a funeral so weren’t there much of the time. None of us (my husband and I and our 3 adult kids) were not happy to see carpeting in the rental home so we all wore flip flops as the carpet was obviously well used but it had all the amenities as described.Doug was responsive when we contacted him prior to our visit and after our departure. We are a pretty low maintenance crowd and just needed a place to land each of the 2 nights and it fit our needs

Would recommend bringing extra towels. Otherwise the home was lovely.

This is the only stay with VRBO so far where either damage insurance was required.. or an insanely high deposit.. 1500. The instructions before checking were also very unwelcoming. “The mattresses are new and you’ll be charged if they’re stained.” I addressed this with the host and he kindly replied, assuring there would be no issue. And there was none.The house was lovely. It fit our needs perfectly. I simply believe it was overpriced.

This property checked all our boxes! Quiet neighborhood. Near Safeway and Target. Two large gathering spaces to comfortably relax and visit. All the rooms had portable fans and there is a large swamp cooler and attic fan that helped during the hot week we were there. We also had Very Good communication with the host. The house was clean, but the fans could use some extra cleaning. There were some minor inconveniences such as not enough flatware for our group, and we needed to pick up some paper napkins, tissues, hand soap, ziplock bags for food storage, dish cloths to use. But overall we had a pleasant stay at a great location.

We had a great stay! It was very conveniently located. I was so concerned about it not having central air, but the system he has worked great! The upstairs bedrooms got a little warm but we just put the “I’m cold” people in there. We just happened to visit during a heatwave or that wouldn’t have been a problem at all. Working with Doug was great! I would definitely stay again.

Loved the deck out back and house and rooms were fine/ comfortable.. only problem was cleanliness, black hairs in shower downstairs, kitchen hot pad was actually “crunchy”… also saw a few spiders in the basement bedroom

This house was just as described, spacious, comfortable, clean, with a big back yard and deck, working gas grill and extremely well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed a family meal at the large dining table and relaxing in the comfy living room. Doug was extremely responsive to questions and very nice to work with. Good location and easy access to everything in the north end of town. Highly recommend for families especially.

The house had very spacious community space for our family to gather in. The bedrooms were very simple, but all we needed as we just needed sleep space. Overall The house was put together well but the carpet on the stairs could use a little cleaning as well as the rails.would really appreciated some wood to have a fire in the provided firepit outback but we didn't request any. Recommend they move the sprinkler as it doused the deck so the it was wet a lot and we couldn't use it. I have pointed out a few minor things that could be improved, but overall, we were very satisfied with the rental and all the space it provided. Would definitely recommend for those in Colorado with a bigger group that don't need everything to be fancy.

The place was amazing! Great space, ton of amenities like shampoo, laundry, cooking necessities and spices. Close to the academy, quiet family neighborhood and felt very safe. Will absolutely stay again!
