The main complaint is the A/C went out and had to call twice cause it wasn’t fixed the first time and some trash from maintenance was left behind. Fans in the bedrooms are very loud and squeaky.

The only down side is that the mattresses were not very comfortable, and there were no toys/books for children. Other houses we have rented have had these items, so we were surprised that Bella Madrey had none. Overall I would recommend Bella Madrey as the location is so close to the beach!

We went with our children and grandchildren so they're very disappointed that they couldn't use it for the week.

Mold in all the bathrooms, live cockroach found. Limited in kitchen supplies.Reality company really didn't care. Besides the automated emails, they did nothing. You can text them 24/7 with issues and concerns as they say, but they do not respond! I will never rent from them again. it's a same because the house was nicely updated in a good spot. The reality company needs to work on their customer service and get good cleaning people.

The pool is good sized and so we did not need to use the community pool at all. When we moved in, we found the property to be very clean (inside and outside) and everything was in working order. There are two shopping centers within minutes of the property including a Harris Teeter and a Food Lion. There are a number of restaurants and attractions also nearby. Our three grandkids enjoyed playing putt-putt golf. We have zero complaints about the property. We would definitely stay there if we decide to vacation in Corolla again.

It had every amenity we needed for a family of five. Great communication from Beach Realty before and during our trip. We had a few maintenance issues, and after they were reported someone came the next day. A great community to walk, bike, many friendly families out and about. Did I mention how clean the house was? Very impressed. One of our best vacations overall!

We have rented from other companies in the past and this company was just a great or better. I really appreciated that they sent and email with a suggested list of items to pack (reminded me of a few things we always forget) and we even got into the house early which was amazing! I know this is a new house so there were a couple little things that could be worked on. The bunk beds need to be tightened (not super surprising at the end of summer rental season) and one had a broken ladder rung we only noticed towards the end) the tall dressers in kids rooms should definitely be anchored to the walls and were a bit tippy. Other than that the house and pool were beautiful and comfortable for our three families. The flexibility of tvs in the rooms meant the kids could have some quiet time after hours at the beach or pool. We didn't try the hot tub because it was in the upper 90s all week but I'm sure it was lovely. Also the rental company promptly got us a new propane tank when we told them the spare was empty which was nice. Overall a great experience! Also, the neighborhood is beautiful with new homes and quiet streets. Very close to Harris Teeter, Duck Donuts, and the Timbuktu shopping center.
