Bella Beach home with ocean view gas fireplace beach access and private hot tub

Great house, two levels make it nice for groups people can go downstairs for quiet or stay upstairs to be social. We loved that both bathrooms were accessible without walking through a bedroom. Great for groups

Be sure to read all details before booking this house. THE FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. To have a gas fireplace but not allow guests to use it is absolutely asinine. I texted with Vacasa guest services thinking I was doing something wrong but they said since the amenity is not listed, it is not for use. This needs to be much more clearly outlined both in the listing AND in the house itself. It would have saved me 30 mins. I have never rented a house with a fireplace, gas or otherwise, that I could not use. The only reason for a 2 star is the view and proximity to the ocean.Also, when we checked in, there was a sewer'ish smell throughout the house. We had to open windows and burn candles until it finally dissipated. Several dishes and pots were unclean. Old food/crust was stuck to a number of them. The counters also were not wiped after the last visitors (old food, etc. stuck). I'd expect a lot more based on the price we paid for this house.The only pros to this property are the views, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean.

We rented this property 20 years ago for my son’s 5th birthday. We came back every year for 10 years. This weekend we celebrated his 25 and were so happy to see all the new updates at Beachdream. Most of the furniture seemed brand new,windows and doors updated or fixed and beds and linens super comfortable. We had such a great weekend and enjoyed a 5star clean and updated house!

The propert has had very little maintenance over the years. Uncomfortable bed upstairs. Toaster only half works. We ran out of propane half way through our dinner. Clothes washer was full of wet Towels. Cushions on the two chairs by the sliding door very uncomfortable. No screens on any of the windows or the doors. In short, the house has been neglected. No instructions on the TV and how to operate cable and TV. Upstairs bedroom carpet stained. Kitchen cabinet doors some have to be held closed with rubber bands. We wouldn’t rent again at that price. Not worth it no matter how good the view is.

I really enjoyed this location. There were a few cosmetic issues but that didn't stop us from enjoying and exploring this lovely area! It was quiet and peaceful. Fully enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular view but for the price we paid, I expect a cleaner and better kept home.

The home has beautiful views, and could be so much more with just some basic upkeep. For example, check lightbulbs many were burnt out, install hot tub porch light so it can be used in the evening, hot tub slider door is horribly out of adjustment and hard to gain access. The house also smells very musty or mildew filled. Lots of gapping and rusting at all the doors and windows. Might be why. Some basic care and upkeep and the house would be amazing. It’s like the management company doesn’t really care for repeat or happy business.

Great location with fantastic views. Unfortunately the furniture including beds were questionable and uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home inside. Very nice kitchen. The views are incredible. There is only one bedroom on the first floor. The beach access is like a block away. When we arrived, we opened the garage door on the right side to help unload the car. Wood fell off the doors as it was opening and would not close without manually doing it. The door off the kitchen has air pouring in when it’s closed. The front yard has tall ‘hay like’ grass, weeds and flower pots full of weeds. I shared this with management prior. None of these issues interfered with our stay. House just needs a little maintenance. Fun time.
