This property is probably one of the most iconic in Lyme. It felt a privilege to stay there. I can best describe it as a flat (with 2 bedrooms on two different floors) above a couple of shops (no noise/problem from them) with a one bed cottage, both attached by a lovely sun room with a balcony that seemed to have the sun all day. The rooms were all spacious (though the third double bedroom is very small with basic downstairs bathroom). They all had good aspects, incredible views. 2 sitting rooms. 2 kitchens. Lots of space to relax. It could do with a good dusting, some new blinds and more hanging for clothes (no wardrobes in 2 bedrooms). But these things weren’t a problem. The location is perfect being next door to all the lovely shops. We’d definitely stay again.

Very cute and convenient property. One bedroom is very small for a couple with a basic toilet and shower room. The other two bedrooms are spacious with spacious and more modern bathrooms. Great terrace for early evening drinks and excellent location in the town
