The Space:

This architectural gem offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across a light-filled mid-century layout. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity. Bedroom 2 includes a king bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, workspace desk, patio access, and ensuite with single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, desk, patio access, and ensuite with single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 offers a full bed with patio access. An additional full bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower serves common areas. The open living room centers around a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows framing mountain views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, Keurig coffee maker, and seating for casual meals with poolside views. A dining table seats 8 beneath large sliding glass doors. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace on cooler desert evenings or gather around the outdoor firepit under the stars. ☀️ Summer days are made for the private inground pool, hot tub, sun loungers, and alfresco dining at the outdoor table for 8. Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Driveway parking accommodates 4 cars maximum. Two external security cameras are on the property: one on the carport monitoring the driveway and parking area, and one on the back right corner of the house monitoring the right side toward the front gate. Both cameras actively record exterior areas only.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the Movie Colony, Palm Springs' most storied neighborhood where Hollywood legends once vacationed. Downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive, where you'll find Palm Canyon Drive's vintage boutiques, interior design shops, art galleries, and restaurants. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a 15-minute drive and takes you from desert floor to alpine forest with hiking trails and cooler temperatures. The area is known for having the largest concentration of preserved mid-century modern architecture in the world. Nearby hiking and biking trails wind through desert landscapes with mountain backdrops. Golf courses, horseback riding, and the vibrant local art scene are all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is a 10-minute drive. Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Canyon Drive are 5 minutes by car. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 15 minutes away. Los Angeles is approximately 2 hours west via I-10. San Diego is about 2 hours south. Having a car is recommended to explore the greater Palm Springs area, nearby Joshua Tree National Park, and regional attractions.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 4 cars maximum

• Long-term stays only: This home is available for stays of 29 days or 28 nights minimum

• Security deposit: $10,000 per stay required, refunded after post-checkout inspection confirms no damages

• Utility deposit: $2,000 per month required before check-in to cover utilities including spa heating. Any unused portion refunded after checkout. If utility costs exceed $2,000/month, guests are responsible for the difference

• Pool heat: Not available. Spa heat only

• Security cameras: Two external cameras actively monitor outdoor areas only (carport/driveway and right side of house toward front gate)
