RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

    Stay was incredible! Beautiful and large space which was great for our group.. 15 min outside of town/mtn for skiing so drove to restaurants but was so nice to have easy parking and a place to hang out at night. Large garage very helpful for ski eqpt and keeping cars out of the snow. Would definitely stay again!

    We loved everything about this condo, from the looks to the location to the great management. It was very clean and well appointed with towels, soap, even zip lock bags and cling wrap.

    The townhouse was terrific. 4 bedrooms on 3 levels, common areas on each. Very comfortable for our family. It was very clean and ready for our stay.

    We came up for snow and loved that it was easy to access Richardson Flat's Park-n-Ride to take the free buses to the resort and Old Town. The house seemed brand new and was perfect for our stay. We'll return in the summer because it's close to Clark' Ranch mountain bike trails and Jordanelle Reservior. I highly recommend it.
