ATTENTION:
Because the upstairs unit is not connected internally to the downstairs unit, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both upper and lower units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room" and must have overnight parental supervision.

All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.
PARKING:

- Garage dimensions: 6'7" height clearance w/18' depth - small to mid-size vehicles recommended
- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized provided all on-site parking is being used.
LOCATION:
Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away!
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! We rented both units (upper and lower), which were perfect to allow a space for kids to play/sleep upstairs while the adults carried on downstairs. The location is perfect, with instant access to the beach and an easy stroll (~30 minutes) down the strand to the restaurants/bars in Newport. The houses were well stocked, clean and just generally pleasant spaces. Would love to come back!
Was a great experience with the rental company! We had an ant issue, and they came right out and sprayed.

Easy access to beach . Ample room to hang out. Parking instructions were puzzling. Party neighborhood at night. Could get rowdy!
Our experience was everything and more. My family and I loved the fact that we had our own space, but we still were able to cook and eat meals together. We did not have to plan any trips to drive to the beach as it was only a block away! Check-in was easy and hassel free. We would definitely stay again... and again.
We had a great time! Only 2 blocks from the beach. We rented both units and it was wonderful to have the additional space for those who needed to take a break and rest in the upper unit.
Great house. We rented both top and bottom units. Check-in was very smooth and organized. Both units were clean, uncluttered, bright, and updated, as advertised. Kitchen had all the utensils you might need. I guess I would probably give our stay 4 3/4 stars with the hassle off some leaky plumbing. Management got on it right away, though, so it was only a minor inconvenience.
We rented both the upstairs and downstairs for an extended family vacation. Even though there are two separate entrances, t was a great place to gather and hang out. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other necessities. Highly recommend!
Very good space in both units. Well equipped. One block from the beach. Dana and Jim were terrific hosts.
We rented both units for a sister/cousin weekend. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room for eating together upstairs, downstairs and outside on the private patio. Dana was an excellent host and made our stay carefree. It was a great trip!
