Beaver Lake View- Luxury, Hot Tub, Close to Lake in Kings Beach

The view of the lake was fantastic. We loved the hot tub and the well supplied kitchenware. The property was clean and as expected. The lake is only accessible by a mile walk down to the Main Street area of Kings Beach, but it was great to explore and we had a fantastic time!

Amazing house, it was perfect for our family vacation!

This home is super comfortable, big kitchen and deck, with gorgeous views. The view is fabulous. This is the second time we come here to stay for a week. One of the best things about it are the awesome trails for biking or hiking at the end of the block.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Well appointed and plenty of space for our family of 4. Perfect spot to access all the amazing sights and activities on Lake Tahoe. Agree with other comments about the bed in the master bedroom. Seems out of place in this room and should be swapped with the bed in the other room but it’s a very small concern and does not take anything away from a great property. Do not hesitate to book this property for your Lake Tahoe visit!

Our stay at Tahoe was very nice. The house was clean and so was the hot tub. I did find a few things frustrating. On our way to the house, I was informed that the dryer did not work. I had packed expecting to be able to use the washer and dryer. Another thing that I found frustrating was that the oven did not work. We could get the broil setting to work but not the oven setting. There was no note about how to use the oven or that it wasn't working. They also had the kitchen lights out of commision and there were exposed wires hanging down from the ceiling. There were also no instructions on what to do with the recycling. Overall the place was great but it just felt like we came in the middle of maintenance time.

We had such a great time at this house. Lots of room for all our family, great location near Kings Beach and close to trails. The views from the house are mind-blowing. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed the relaxing kitchen and living room, relaxing hot tub, and perfect location to ski resorts and Lake. This home was easy to access, safe and perfect in every manner. We will be back!

My husband and I rented Beaver Lake view for a anniversary trip the Tahoe. The house was lovely - great view of the lake, very well appointed kitchen and we loved the private hot tub. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was just what we were looking for. Upon arrival, the house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. I loved being able to see the lake through the bathroom window. The only downside was that the bed in the master could've been more comfortable (it was a queen with a firm mattress) but that's personal preference. We really enjoyed our stay and would be back again.

My husband and I treated my parents to this wonderfully peaceful vacation for all of us in celebration of their anniversary. Our senior pup came along for the ride and enjoyed all of the new smells outside of the city. We canceled a few dinner reservations realizing that shouldn’t waste the best views eating from the deck of this gorgeous property. We spent most days at one of the local beaches or shopping. I got an excellent massage at Well Being. We played miniature golf, enjoyed a free summer concert on the beach, drank tropical cocktails, ate fully loaded hot dogs, ate plenty of ice cream, and enjoyed a few delicious meals out (Hiro sushi and Whitecap pizza are yummy!) The temperate climate this time of year made this location preferable to many hotter places. (Oh… and the hot tub is a nice cherry on top!)
