Great and amazing house! Beautiful view! House was clean and well maintained. Hollie, Jada and Daisy was very responsive when we had questions. We were in need of sheets after my daughter had an accident and they got them to us ASAP in the middle of the night. Great place to stay and beach was beautiful! We will return.

Great place, stunning. If you have a picky group this home is the perfect place to stay. It was 8 of us from little kids to adults and we all had a great time. The kids loved the community pool and being a short walk to the beach and the adults loved played pool every night and the all enjoyed the beautiful view this home has to offer. You won't want to miss it each evening. Perfect ending to each day. Everyone at 30a beach girls is very nice and was very communicative if we couldn't figure something out. Worth a stay if you are looking for views and an over all good location close to shopping and dining. You can ride the cart and bikes everywhere you want to go.

This property lived up to the reviews - very spacious and beautifully decorated- stunning views from the sundeck! Plenty of space to relax when weather didn't cooperate, easy access to beach it's right across the road and over a block golf cart made it simple, large community pool area, house is so close to many excellent restaurants (Amicci was our fave) everyone at 30a beach girls quickly responded to questions - excellent place we will be back this summer!

I'm not sure where to start - everything about our week in 30a Beach Girls house was excellent. The house is very clean, organized, has two kitchens! House is beautiful - great views from the decks- the bedrooms are a great size, all king beds and easily accommodated my extended family. We ate almost every meal on the 2nd floor main living space deck. 30a Beach Girls has thought of everything. Beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, ping pong, photo vw bus (free), bonfire... There is nothing I could think to add to this house. Thank you for sharing your home. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this home. We especially enjoyed - Old Florida Fish House - but our fav is Pescado but ask Hollie for sitter recommendations no kids at this restaurant. The best night was a perfect sunset on the beach with our bonfire, priceless! 30a BeachGirls made us a special smores board! Incredible. Can't wait for next year!! ~ Julia

This property is excellent, we could not have asked for anything more. The mangers at 30 A Beach Girls were more then accommodating with all of our needs, also the communication with them all was great they answered any and all our questions very quickly. They also supplied us with 2 golf carts and a bonfire. Our food was delivered and 30 A Beach girls put all away for us. As for the house the cleanliness was 100%, the way the house was decorated was A++++++ all the way, beds were all so very comfortable, the location is great and the pool room was hours of laughs and sometimes serious games, the 4th floor sundeck was mesmerizing and beautiful, we had everything and anything that you would need. Having a bedroom on the first floor was perfect for grandma who turned 93 this year. We could not have asked for anything more. We look forward to staying here again next year. So glad we trusted 30 A Beach Girls when they recommended this home, it was the perfect house!

The home was lovely! Very beautiful furnishings and comfortable! Great for a large family. The place was 4 stories with the entertainment at the top (pool table etc) LOTS of stairs! The app it misleading and stated that bikes and golf cart! When signing waivers I asked for waiver for golf cart and was told that the owner removed it and I could rent one. Not a option! I begged for them to return the cart and was told I could rent one or cancel the reservation! Was told I would have have extra bikes and I requested child seats and was told they could do that and it never happened! This House is beautiful but would not recommend it if you have any disability! We saw a lot of golf carts in the neighborhood with no issues. And a cart would have made the home more enjoyable for a disabled person!

Home perfectly suited our needs and was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. The views from the open deck were insane! We were immediately impressed upon arrival and the house positively enhanced our time on 30a. We were here for our nieces wedding and it was easy to get to the wedding venue and locations on the 30a, several people commented ours was the nicest home! Kelly, Hollie and Jada always responded promptly and that was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this spectacular beautiful home. Only downer was getting a ticket for the golf cart, you can not drive it across the road. Hollie kindly paid the ticket and removed the cart. Also after rain there were a few critters on the sundeck, bugs. They disappeared. Would return!

We had a terrific experience at Beauty & Beach this summer. The house was as described -- very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The sun deck is the perfect place to start or end the day. The views were incredible. We did see a few bugs running around but it is open to all elements, we mentioned to the manager and she sent pest control over the next day. A night time it's a little ewwish but after the treatment we seen very few. We haven't played pool is years and we played so many games!! It was so incredibly fun!! We haven't laughed so much in such a long time. The grounds of this neighborhood had an almost southern charm old school feel, a thoughtful combination of strolling oil. the neighborhood and in the woods and the pool was incredible. Hollie arranged jet ski rentals for us and there is a neighborhood path that takes you to lake Powell. You just have to have one person meet the company across the road then bring them over. Its a 5 minute walk to the camp park. We had hours of fun on those! It was so convenient to then run to the house to grad lunch. Easy access to 30a ave for shopping and restaurants. Recommend the Italian restaurant Amities. With children, walking to the beach with gear in tow is a bit of a logistical challenge, we had a golf cart but we were stopped by a sheriff twice. Don't get a cart you'll get ticketed. There is plenty of parking for cars. All in all, a wonderful get-way in a quiet and beautiful part of 30a but close enough to the hustle and bustle of 30a to join in when you want.

The house was not as clean as we wanted for the money you are playing for a cleaning fee the house should be cleaner. The house has cockroaches and not just one. The house stated it came with a golf cart, we were then told after the fact that it no longer had. The payment process was very shady and we were charged over the price quoted. It was refunded but not very professional.
