Stayed Jun 11, 2025Had a wonderful girls weekend with my mom and sister! The house was perfect for the three of us and we loved the easy walk to the beach and sitting in the Adirondack chairs the in front yard. Craig was a great communicator and gave us some delicious restaurant recommendations while we were there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Although apartment was small myself and 2 friends had plenty of room. Nice set up in kitchen and plenty of living space. Nice bathroom! Most of all access to the beach so close and beach was just beautiful!

Stayed May 27, 2023My family and I had a very nice 2 night's stay. The property is well maintained and the location is great with a simple 3-minute walk to get to the beach. The property is well-stocked with thoughtful amenities Parking was really nice and easy to come and go from.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We loved being so close to the beach. House was comfortable and clean. We had a slight issue with the toilet when we arrived and Craig responded IMMEDIATELY on a Saturday night. It was a great experience.

Stayed May 26, 2022Cute and cozy unit for a small group of people. We've rented many places in Wells and this was one of the nicest in terms of furniture and appliances. Having a washer and dryer was a big bonus. If you're not familiar with Wells Beach -- this house is directly on Atlantic Avenue (primary beach road), which gets quite noisy during the high season.
