Beautifully Restored Historic Home, Easy Walk to Plaza & Railyard!

Wonderful casita, just as advertised. Excellent location, quiet and and beautifully decorated Santa Fe style. Our host was attentive and available. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cozy, clean, quaint adobe cottage complete with its own private patio and fountain! Two king bedrooms, each with their own bath. Well stocked kitchen with table and island bar. Comfy living room with fireplace. In easy walking distance to the plaza, restaurants, galleries and the rail depot shops. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect “home base” for day trips. This is a beautiful property that feels like home the moment you walk into the front gate and enter the house. It is clean, beautifully decorated in Santa Fe style and very well located for walking to the rail yard, plaza and Canyon Road. The fountain in the courtyard is a soothing and peaceful feature. The property is well equipped and the property owner is accommodating and helpful and genuinely concerned about giving you a lovely experience during your stay. We could not have been happier and our pup found the home to be special as well with the walled courtyard and gated dog run. Thank you Mary for a lovely stay.

A wonderful property! All of the directions in the blue binder were very helpful. The house was clean and well stocked. We hope to return for a longer stay, a week is not enough time!

A great stay with well stocked kitchen and high-end appliances. The natural lighting from the sky lights was awesome. We enjoyed the wrap around patio for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Communication with the host was prompt and welcoming.

The home is beautiful and well kept. We appreciated the walled in yard for our dog to roam. The home is located close to The Plaza, shopping and food. It is in a prime Santa Fe location. Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend to anyone.

The house is a beautiful Pueblo Revival adobe in a quiet, historic neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the Plaza. I was traveling alone, stayed for six weeks, and had no car. It was a perfect place to stay!

Stayed here with my wife, we had a lovely week there in this very nicely appointed casita; very pleasant quiet neighborhood, can easily walk to the plaza area, as well as rail yard.

We loved the location and charm of the home. The floor plan was functional, and the interior furnishings and decor were true to the southwest aesthetic. Because we visited Santa Fe at a very cold period, we found the interior heating to be a bit problematic until we were able to ask the property manager to start supplemental heating. The mgr was at all times responsive and quick to answer questions and provide assistance.

The stand-alone house and surrounding patio/garden are classic Santa Fe in style. The living and dining areas are perfect for sitting around and for small family gatherings. The two bedrooms and baths are comfortable and cozy. The location could not be better for exploring The City Different. We had an altogether pleasant stay that we hope to repeat in the future!

The property was exactly and described in the VRBO listing. I had prior correspondence with the owners and they answered all my questions. Lots of recommendations for the area which were very helpful - a binder in the house very informative. Walking distance to several restaurants. It is a short drive to the Plaza area. Lots of birds, quiet neighborhood. We would love to return someday! Thank you Mary and Jack!

Great old house. Definitely would try to procure again.

Two substantial bedrooms, the master bath is spacious, with tub/shower, separate toilet, lots of counter space and drawers. The second bath is smaller, with shower and sink, toilet, but no horizontal counter around sink. There is good storage space in large tall cabinet. Great kitchen dining area, equipped with every appliance or dish you'll need. We've been renting houses in the summer for the opera, since 2012. This house is perfect for two couples.

Everything was in order and so many amenities, everything thought of. Great kitchen and big bedrooms. Can't find anything to complain about. Location is good, close in.

Mary's property was perfect for our little group of 4 adults, bested only by Mary herself. The home is cozy, CLEAN, and laid out thoughtfully, with high-end fixtures and features that make a vacation rental so much more pleasant than many faceless hotels. We lounged in the living room, prepped meals in the very well-equipped kitchen, and slept soundly in the dark, quiet bedrooms. Thank you Mary!
