Stayed Sep 3, 2025This house fit our needs perfectly. It was in an excellent location to walk around Portsmouth. Bedrooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Our host was a great communicator. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025We loved our stay here! The house location is perfect and so close to everything. There was a ton of space in the home for everyone, and we were pleasantly surprised with how large the bedrooms were (especially the primary bedroom). We would definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Portsmouth.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024This house is perfectly situated near everything, the water, downtown, shops, restaurants etc. perfect amount of space to relax, cook in and a great desk set up for remote working. Though the fire station is basically next door, they typically go out ‘quiet’ as they call it so rarely heard a siren. Overall a fabulous home that we can’t wait to rent again!

Stayed May 21, 2024My family (5 adults and two kids) stayed here for the week of my wedding. It was a great central hub for family and friends to stop by as well as a great place for last minute wedding planning! My family had no complaints and really enjoyed their stay. The driveway is a little tight but if you know how to strategically park it’s no issue. It fit a giant SUV, and truck and a smaller SUV, and enough space for a visitor. The house had everything we needed, and so clean! Thank you for hosting my family!

Stayed Oct 18, 2023We booked this home for my parents to stay during our wedding weekend. It was a quick walk to Jimmy's On Congress for our reception as well as walkable to just about everything in town. Its an older building with a great feel. We'll definitely be staying here for future trips into town!
