Benefits of our stay included great location to downtown Annapolis, very quiet, a nice master bedroom and bathroom, and good kitchen. Marie was very responsive to our needs and concerns, and provided parking passes ( a must ) when visitors came. Consideration for future guest would include cleanliness was substandard to include out door patio and cushions, a/c filters, a/c window units, animal hair ( though property is pet friendly ). Safety - wise, the kitchen floor had a dangerous section of tile missing, and the back porch did not lock properly ( it did have a hook and eye latch )

A perfect place to stay in Annapolis. It has old world charm with all modern conveniences. The location could not be better. Less than a 5 minute walk to Main Street and 10 minutes to the City Dock. If you don’t want to walk, the water taxi will pick you up a block away. The house is beautifully furnished with everything you might need.

My husband and I have visited Annapolis many times (he’s a Naval Academy grad). This is the first time we stayed here; it will be the place we always rent in the future. Communication with Marie was superb – responsive and proactive. The listing description and photos are very accurate. I was surprised (in a good way) with how well-appointed the house was. We stayed a month and did a lot of cooking, baking, and outdoor grilling at the house. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed (and then some). The kitchen was also very spacious with lots of cabinet space for our stuff; heated tile floor (which I appreciated on those cold mornings). We had family staying with us on weekends – and there was plenty of linens (towels, blankets, pillows). And the house was spacious for four people. Once the weather got warmer, we spent a lot of time in the backyard – spacious and comfortable seating; sun and shade. The neighbors who abut the house were very friendly, respectful, and quiet. The location/neighborhood is fabulous: Quiet, one-way, tree-lined street with available parking. Big plus – and a must if you have a car – was having the resident parking permit. (That parking permit is not something I saw offered in many of the other Annapolis homes.) If you’re planning a long (4 week) stay, the extended stay discount is VERY generous.

My husband and I stayed for a month at this property to try Annapolis on for future reference and it suited us perfectly. Great location, enough space for us to work from home as well as host guests/family in the spare bedroom for a couple of nights. The neighbors were lovely, the off street parking permit essential, and we appreciated Marie's tasteful and comfortable decor, not to mention Pet Friendly policy ;) We enjoyed many of the city's bars & restaurants, everything from Davis' Pub, Vin 909, Carrolls Creek in Eastport to McGarveys, Fox's Den, Osteria/Al Acqua (fabulous) & Preserve on Main. And Sailors Oyster Bar! Loved all of it, will definitely be back!
