This is a beautifully remodeled ranch with a full basement, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a covered patio and a garage to protect you and your car from Colorado’s sun and snow. Two living areas give you plenty of room to stretch out. An amazing open concept kitchen and living area with a huge island and a cook’s kitchen will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The gourmet kitchen comes with a fantastic dual fuel stove, a 2-way coffee maker, a stand mixer, countertop oven, microwave, instant pot and a blender. Enjoy cooking while being part of the conversation with the island design. After dinner, enjoy the two living areas to watch a movie or sporting event, play a game or read a book.
There is an Ecobee thermostat in the home. There is a sensor in the basement which helps maintain the temperature. Please do not move, disturb, disconnect the sensor. It DOES NOT contain a camera or listening device.
The landscaping crew will tend to the property as needed during the hours of 10am and 6pm. Notice may or may not be available for the crew, depending upon the unpredictable Colorado weather.
The home has two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bath and king-sized bed. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom. The floor plan allows for great flexibility for families, work groups or friends reconnecting yet still wanting room to stretch out. And if you're not an indoor person, we've got you covered too. The large backyard with a privacy fence has a covered patio, a BBQ grill, a charcoal smoker and a large patio table. This is the perfect place for your morning coffee, an evening cocktail or for a relaxing dinner for your whole group.
Did we forget location You'll be staying in the lovely community of Columbine Hills. It's a family friendly community with easy access to downtown Littleton, downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and miles of beautiful open space for you to explore.
Littleton, Colorado is about 10 miles south of Denver. Accessibility to Downtown Denver via the RTD light rail line D is quick and easy from the park and ride facility about 3 miles from the house. On the way to the light rail you will pass the Mary Carter Greenway Trail and the Mineral Ave Trail, two great places to spend time in the outdoors. If you travel south instead, you're just 15 minutes from Chatfield State Park with boating, fishing, paddleboarding and swimming for the whole family. If you're interested in a trip to the mountains, Loveland Ski Area is a quick hour away.

Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges they will occupy the property the entire tenancy. Government issued ID may be checked.

Stayed here with family of 6 plus grandparents while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. The set up was perfect for us with kids/teens in the basement and adults upstairs. Plenty of bathrooms too! This cute home has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable- the kitchen is ridiculously well stocked with dishes, serving platters, kitchen aid mixer, convection oven and more. We found the microwave in the basement on our last day. Also, nice touches like shampoo, conditioner and soap with plenty of towels. Location was great for our crew visiting family in Highlands Ranch. We will be back when we visit again.
Our sons were in the US Amateur and we stayed at the property. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for all of us. Thanks so much to our hosts for sharing their home.
I’m glad the host keeps extra toiletries and shampoo/body wash products in the house. I didn’t have to run out and buy a couple items my family forgot to pack.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while attending our son's wedding. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for our group. The house was tastefully remodeled and very comfortable for our stay. The totally-fenced backyard was very nice and quiet, complete with a grill. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The kitchen was well- stocked with everything we needed. The pantry had a lot of food and supplies, too. There was a card with the name and phone number if we had any questions. They replied very promptly and our questions were answered. We were very happy with our choice to rent this house.
We all agreed that the property was a perfect location for our family wedding that took place at Arrowhead Golf Course. The hiking/biking trails that were so convenient to the house were a wonderful surprise. Anne, the owner, was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again when in the area!
This was a wonderful experience for my group of 8. It was plenty of room for all of us, clean, and full of thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed our stay.
Six of us enjoyed our 53rd annual college reunion here. It was very well appointed with absolutely everything we needed and then some. Most of all it was very comfortable, clean, roomy and fun for all of us to be together for 5 days. It was a very nice place to stay. We would all highly recommend it.
This was an outstanding rental for our trip. 10 minutes to hiking and trails in the front range, 20 minutes from Red Rocks, 5 minutes from a light rail station. We visited and stayed with several other couples for a concert, and to immerse in the outdoor glory of Colorado. This house was perfect for our trip, and we would absolutely stay again.
We stayed here for our wedding with some of the bridal party and it was perfect. The host even left us a gorgeous flower arrangement to celebrate our big day. The house was spacious and in the perfect location. We will stay here again next time we are in town!

The house was just as described! It is in a quite little neighborhood minutes away from the foothills or downtown for city attractions. Two very spacious bed rooms upstairs and a nice second living room downstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities and a pantry full of seasoning and spices made cooking on sight a breeze!
