This quiet town house is near C470/Santa Fe Dr (aka CO85) and is well situated for getting around our Denver metro area (Go Broncos!) and into the mountains. You'll love this tasteful, light filled, end unit in a beautifully treed neighborhood, just a 10 minute walk to RTD Light Rail (providing easy access 13 miles to downtown and Denver International Airport via Union Station) shopping and restaurants nearby. This neighborhood offers well maintained mature landscape, swimming pool, tennis courts, respectful neighbors, snow removal and trail walks. When you choose this property, you will find that you are a short distance from the heart of Denver, as well as many nearby communities, such as Roxborough, Ken Caryl, Lone Tree, Centennial, Aurora, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Inverness and the Tech Center. Aspen Grove mall is 1.4 miles (shopping, dining and entertainment). Historic Downtown Littleton (3.3 miles or one train stop away) has charming turn-of-the-century buildings, relaxed eateries, shops and galleries. Seasonal celebrations are well planned as well as a Criterium, Western Welcome Week, beer fests and other events.

It's a 20 min drive to Chatfield State Park Reservoir, and 40 min drive to Cherry Creek State Park Reservoir, 23 min drive to Roxborough State Park. Colorado's favorite grocery store, King Soopers is just 1.7 miles, Breckenridge Brewery and Carboy Winery are 2 miles away and Hudson Gardens (concert venue) 2.7 miles.

We stayed at the Cooper townhome for almost 6 weeks over the holidays, 2023, and i can't emphasize enough that it is truly a delightful home away from home We were thrilled with the layout of the home, it's location and manicured grounds, it's cleanliness and lovely furnishings , all needed amenities and the welcoming support from the hosts, DiAnne and Kevin. This is definitely a 5 star plus accommodation. You will love it, as did we!! ?
Everything was clean and organized and I had all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the ceiling fans and being on a quiet end unit.
We came to Littleton to visit our daughters and two grandchildren. The Townhome was just as described and the owners were great people who were highly responsive to a few questions that we had during our stay. Highlights of the home were the very comfortable sleep number beds and well equipped kitchen, but what we really liked best was the location in South Park neighborhood, with beautiful, mature trees and fall colors, as well as the walking paths right outside the door.
My husband and I stayed for a month in this townhouse when we came out to Colorado to visit our son and daughter in law and our new grandbaby. We could not have been more happy with our stay there. The owners DiAnne and Kevin were very helpful and always easy to get in touch with and they made checking in very easy. The townhouse is amazing. It is well cared for, very clean and decorated beautifully. We felt like we were in our own home The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need . The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook. The bathrooms were beautiful and modern and stocked with soap and shampoo and tissues and lots of towels and wash clothes. The beds were super comfortable. The outside property was just perfect. A very quiet tree lined street and a small patio off the kitchen to enjoy in the warm weather. The location was awesome. Close to everything. Grocery stores, multiple hiking trails, the light rail train station to get to downtown Denver and cute little Downtown Littleton with lots of shops only minutes away. It has easy access to C470 and many other main roads so you can easily get to the many attractions around the Denver/Littleton area. We went to Chatfield State Park, South Platt Park and Carson Nature Center, The Denver Botanical Gardens and a day trip to Rocky Mt National Park. There are also a ton of great restaurants and breweries and wineries close by. Our favorite was Carboy Winery and right next door is Angelos Taverna where we had dinner. We would highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
We really enjoyed this townhouse in SouthPark.. The owner was very solicitous of any of our needs. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and the sleep number bed was great. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by our grandkids. We hope to return sometime soon.

This is a very nice place. Well decorated, clean and convenient to the Littleton area. Close to Mass Transit, the Aspen Grove Shopping Center and Littleton. Well worth the price, especially for a family of 4. Host were very accommodating!
We stayed here while our home was getting remodeled and loved it! It is centrally located to anywhere in the city or mountains! The home is very clean and beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable!! The directions are very clear and the owners are responsive! I would highly recommend staying here for a long or short period of time. It really is the best!
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse outside of Denver. By the end of our trip, our kids referred to the place as Home 2 and were disappointed when it was time to leave. The house was very comfortable, had every pot, pan, etc that we could ask for, and was a perfect place for our family for a month out in Denver. The location was quiet, but a great home base for many trips around the area: close places like Deer Creek Canyon, Rocky Mountain National Park, all the way out to Moab for weekend trips. When we come back to Colorado, we will absolutely look to stay here again.
This is a beautifully decorated townhouse where you feel welcome and at home. The owners are kind and very responsive to any needs or concerns. The location is excellent for a variety of opportunities (hiking, pleasant walks, shopping, movies, library).
