Beautifully remodeled home 1 block from South Congress, Spacious, Well-lit with open floor plan

Listing was exactly as advertised. Hosts were extremely accommodating to requests that we had.

Great location and the property was clean! Close to all the fun attractions on South Congress.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The home is very clean, spacious and well equipped. However, the shower water pressure on both floors could be improved. It's like a trickle and it takes a long time to rinse soap off. An earlier reviewer had mentioned the water pressure issue. I asked the management company about it during booking, to which they told me there's no issue. Apparently they didn't address it. Therefore I'm taking one star off.

The home is ideally located …1 block from Congress. The home is very comfortable and well equipped. 2 small issues with the home:It took a couple of days to get the hot water running (the hot water heater had not been turned on prior to our arrival). The water pressure in the master bath shower is very, very weak…making it difficult to actually rinse soap and shampoo off your body.

Great place to meet out of town family and explore Austin for a three-day weekend. Pictures were accurate. Loved the Master bath and fireplace in the Master bedroom. Well stocked pantry and kitchen.

Great location! walking distance to everything on Congress. Kitchen/living area is a great gathering place! The property mgt company was very responsive. When we first arrived we found the 2nd bedroom area locked. Property mgt. company resolved quickly. We found a few minor maintenance issues which we reported so that they could be fixed for the next renters. Also, it would be helpful to have a place to hang clothing upstairs in the master suite. Given we stayed during Formula 1 weekend (which is crazy busy), it was VERY helpful to be able to walk to restaurants for dinner/breakfast, etc. Overall a great property! The folks that rented the apartment behind were very friendly and it was no problem to share the parking area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Steps away from S. Congress. A great location overall and very nice accommodations so close to where the action is.

Amazing location right off of South Congress. The space was a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Would love to stay here again!

We loved it! Cozy, clean, felt safe and homey. We will be happy to stay again. If I had an constructive words - there is a back unit that shares a door to the main house - and someone stayed part of our stay in that unit. It sounds like they are in the unit with you which can be awkward. So my advise would be to somehow further soundproof the common door to minimize sound between the 2 units. Small detail - not a deal breaker but worth mentioning !

Very spacious 1-bedroom home. Beautifully decorated. Large kitchen and living area downstairs. Master bedroom and bathroom located upstairs. Home had a unique layout with custom features. Great location, just a few steps off South Congress. Will definitely be back.
