Beautifully remodeled beach townhouse with private spa, elevator & gulf views!

The house is in a great location for walking to various places for coffee, Beach, etc. It is clean and well equipped. The owner was responsive and polite. Great overall experience.

The property was gorgeous and the location was very convenient for access to the beach. We appreciated all the little things that were thoughtfully included. Great communications with the property owners made everything a breeze. It made this one of best family vacations ever! Highly recommended!!

Starting with the booking up until the checkout the entire trip went better than we could have imagined. The hosts are very thorough with every step of the process and very easy to get in touch with. The house is gorgeous and easily accomodated all ten of us. If you like to cook like me, most of your time will be spent in the spacious, state of the art kitchen with lots of counter space. The personal balconies on the two bedrooms along with the main balcony were a perfect touch to an already magnificent condo. I would recommend this stay for anyone who has a group up to ten people who are looking for that home away from home feeling when you go on vacation. We will definitely book again.

The house was amazing! Everyone really enjoyed the space and the location. I think the one thing we collectively agreed on was the air conditioning system kept setting a timer and would automatically go up to 76 when we weren’t home. It got pretty hot at times and we just wish we could’ve kept it a little cooler, especially at night. It seemed like there was a lock at 70 degrees. Everything else was incredible! Will be back, and would love to rent again. Thank you!!

Home was perfect size for our family of 8. The beach equipment was some of the best provided items we have ever had- plenty of chairs, coolers, toys, etc. Communication was spot on for any questions or concerns we had. Great part of Gulf Blvd with access to beach and plenty of restaurants. Looking forward to booking again ?

This was my second stay at Gerise and Steve's property at Indian Shores! I was fortunate this time to be able to take my spouse and family. They LOVED it! You can't beat the location - just a short walk to your own private beach, Salt Rock Grill, Indian Shores Coffee Co., and putt-putt golfing. The house is beautiful with great sunrise/sunset views and comes well-equipped with the things you would need at the beach which is very helpful for those traveling from out-of-state. We all would highly recommend this house and location & we look forward to visiting again!

Perfect for our mini vacation! Classy, very clean, & comfortable. Loved the hot tub, balconies, and location. The elevator and 2-car attached garage were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we return to this area. Thanks Gerise for sharing your beach house with us!

Comfortable townhouse with plenty of room for everyone! Nice sidewalks for walking. It was cold and windy most of our stay but several got a nice walk on the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs and a cart for beach use. Highly recommend!

Our visit to the St. Pete area was lots of fun, despite missing half of the family and chilly weather. The house was perfect; immaculate, comfortable and a great location. The weather made beaching and sunsets difficult, but have great potential later in the winter/spring. Many thanks to the Thompson’s for hosting us.

The house was even better than the pictures. We loved it and will definitely stay here again. Lots of beach chairs, toys coolers, cart and umbrellas. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. House is located between 2 public access points, near public parks and easy to access. Area was great not too crowded. Just short drive or walk to great restaurants. Host was very easy to deal with and the booking and check in process was a breeze. 5 stars for sure!
