Stayed Dec 11, 2022Nice, spacious home that backs to a wooded area in a quiet neighborhood. Cozy fireplace for winter visits. Great location and super convenient to all kinds of shopping. An easy 15 minute or less drive to the Mayo clinic/downtown area if that's what brings you there. The driveway was plowed during any snowfall and the hosts were easy to get in touch with. I would recommend this property (and Rochester as well). Thank you!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I had surgery at Mayo Hospital. This was the perfect house to recover in for a week. Beautiful home, close to a ton of businesses, but felt like you were in a private, relaxing area. Owner was more than helpful and quick to respond. Short drive to the hospital as well. Would stay here again!

Stayed Sep 22, 2020The property was as described in the advertisement. The property managers were very easy to reach and responded quickly. Everything we needed was there. The absolute best thing was the easy access to outdoor space. There was a park for the kids to play and run. It also was great for a long walk when you just need to go outside.

Stayed Oct 20, 2019We had a great place to call home while here. Bedrooms were comfortable, area was quiet and it was nice to have a garage to use a the weather turned to snow. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and neat place to stay this would be the house .

Stayed May 8, 2019Jason and Jodi were awesome host. We stayed here during a family emergency that took us to Mayo. The house was close, but in a quiet location. The house itself was a perfect fit for our family that wanted to stay all together. The house had a feeling of home and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. The house was clean, neat, and tidy. Which is something I enjoy! The host were responsive with any questions we had. If I were to do it again I will go out of my way to stay with these property owners.
