Stayed Mar 17, 2024The beauty of this place is it's location. Walking distance to the beach/ocean, and Fort Screven, lighthouse, N Beach bar, and more. Beautiful sunrises at 7:25 (not too early). Food at N Beach bar is excellent! Host Dan was very nice and took care of a plugged toilet in upstairs bedroom. Very comfortable for 3 couples. The condo is older. O/S iron stair railing is rusting away, some plaster peeling off walls, Squeaky dipping floor in upstairs master. Upstairs balcony floor little soft on one side. Misc. cosmetic issues. (Dan is planning on making updates). Overall, the condo is in a great location and is very enjoyable.

He went above and beyond when my son and his girlfriend were locked out as the rest of us were stuck when the road to the island closed for 3 hours. He went over and let them in. The location was perfect and comfortable! Looking forward to our next trip!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Excellent location for a quiet, quick beach trip. Great location for beach access. Plenty of space to relax in home. Comfortable accommodations! Highly recommend. We will book again. Danny was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and sightsee.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024We stayed for three nights. We loved the location near the beach and the easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, pickleball, and the bike trail. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Great layout with 4 queen/full beds and 3 full bathrooms, parking, and a friendly, local, and accommodating host! Dan is the best.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This was our third year staying at one of Dan’s townhouses on Gulick street, and we’ve loved every time. The kids (and adults) enjoy the quick walk to the beach, park and the Marine Science Center. Dan’s the most accommodating host and will go out of his way to assist you with any questions or needs throughout your stay.
