Loved the experience - great location and comfortable unit!

Check-in was super easy and quick. Communications with the owner was quick and he was super nice. The property is the perfect beach getaway for a small group. The bedrooms were well-decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is a good size with everything you might need.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying at this townhouse, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Other than needing some updating inside, the house was perfect. Dan, the owner was so helpful and friendly. He helped us find out very quickly and easily where to bring the kids and where to get the best local food.

We had such a great time at our townhouse! It is in a fantastic location, and really is just steps from the beach. Our family of six had a great time and there was plenty of room for all of us.The property was very clean, owner was super helpful. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Close to North Beach -- access pier is only a few houses away. Nice two-level townhome in good shape with 3 good-sized BRs and baths and good kitchen; good value. Faces parking lot, but decent separation from the lot, and good ocean (and lighthouse!) view from top deck. Convenient to everything on north end of Tybee, and a nice beachwalk to the pier. Parking underneath with room for 1 vehicle. Can't see neighbors in adjoining townhomes, which is nice, but can hear them if they are loud. Wasn't an issue. Good wi-fi and standard cable TV, but no way to access our streaming services on TVs: not bad, just noteworthy.Would return here.

The beach location was amazing. Dan was easy to contact. I wished my kitchen had such nice pits and pans. I felt like the photos were a little misleading and there needs to be some decluttering in the parking area. I come again .

We had a great time, restaurant close, beach just a little walk. The house was just perfect for 5 people.

what a lovely place-owner Dan is such a gracious host. Beach access was so close- kids had a ball riding their bikes and visiting the marine museum and JayCee park and playground right around the corner- will definitely return and can highly recommend- thanks again Dan!

We are a family of 6. This place was spacious, comfortable, clean and best of all, close to the beach! Dan was super friendly and available if we needed anything. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards that we were able to use. It was an easy drive to Savannah for sightseeing and the beach itself was much quieter than the South side of the island. We would definitely use this place again! Thanks, Dan!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and plenty of room for the six of us. Parking is tight under the house. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurant and bar. I highly recommend this place.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. A true home away from home! The property owner was very friendly and responsive to my inquiries. The proximity to the beach was so convenient, especially for the kids. There are also beach chairs, toys and a cart to use! Tybee as a whole was so fun and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! So close to the beach. The sunrise and sunsets are not to be missed!!
